Jun 2019: Office staff is extremely rude, maintenance takes over 2 months to do anything. I had to sit in my apartment for a whole summer with a broken AC and went to the office multiple times but got brushed off. This place doesn’t care about their residents, the neighborhood is noisy, the laundry room sucks, the place gets gross with litter, their staff is condescending and rude, and it’s located next to a troublesome neighborhood (which causes the noise, I once heard gunshots and constantly heard yelling). However the apartments are spacious and the amenities were decent, the general location is near a post office, stores, and restaurants, and the dog park was nice. Great price great location, great maintenance people and the desk ladies are doing their job. I would reccommned this place over and over. Sep 2018: I have read the reviews and I don't know what most of the people are talking about. Filter changes happen when they are supposed to. My apartment is clean and spacious. I have never had a problem with management or maintenance, and it is reasonably priced. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I don't even know how to sum up how horrible this place is in one review. The pricing is going up so it isn't even a bargain at the very least anymore. The office staff are rude to a point I find it disturbing. The air conditioning units are constantly going out and they will not send someone out to your house to fix it unless it conveniently goes out throughout the day on a weekday. The maintenance guy here is useless, not to mention one of the creepiest people to have access to your home. And you will need maintenance often as there are constant problems requiring maintenance. The laundry facilities only have one working washer and dryer at any given time for the entire apartment complex. Dec 2017: I wish there was an option for 0 stars. People please be aware of this place. They are scam artist! Management is horrible and beyond unprofessional. No filter changes ever, even with the request. This place is a straight dump and I regret ever living there. Everyone has bug issues. Everyone! It's disgusting! Deposit return? Lol forget about it. They charge you for things with no proof. When I left I asked for a walk through and they refused told me to drop of the key and I was good to go. I was later charged 70 extra dollars in carpet damages which never existed on top of the original 50 dollar carpet cleaning fee and my carpet was in almost flawless condition. I asked for proof (pictures) and the rude management staff stated there wasn't any pictures taken. Please don't live here if you have other options. You will have hidden mold issues which affect anyone with respiratory issues. We have the tests that prove it was affecting our infants health thus the reason we left quickly after staying so long. Apr 2017: Very poorly managed. The management team will not work with tenants. They are rude and the least helpful people I have ever met. They seem to operate on accusations and negativity. The walls in the apartment are paper thin and the apartments always smell like smoke. Even when my neighbors take their smoking habit outside, it seeps in through the windows (although the windows are newer). Nothing except the windows look like they've been replaced since the buildings were built (80s maybe?) Even considering the affordability, this place is not worth it.

I had positive experiences with Kaylon, the blonde woman at the desk, but not with the other. She was incredibly difficult to work with, and rude. Even when I tried to work out an issue I was having, she immediately became defensive and would not try to meet me in the middle. I pretty much had to bend over backwards to get any type of service for the apartment. On a positive note though, the maintenance staff was very friendly, and would try to be accommodating with you (unlike the office). Also, the office feels like they can come up with any reason to enter your apartment without you there.

Aug 2015: I have never been so rudely treated by an office staff. The blonde woman was extremely rude, spiteful, and did not care to listen to my concern. As a tenant I expect to be respected and treated fairly. I have always paid rent on time and never given them cause to be so disrespectful. I felt that I was singled out just because the woman did not like me. Honestly this blonde woman was being a horrible unprofessional b*tch. I don't understand how she can retain her job when it is clear from reading other reviews that I am not alone in this feeling. Unless you want to be treated like scum, I would highly recommend not living here. I wish I had known this before I signed my lease.

They blame everything on you that is wrong with your apartment. It got so bad I stopped any telling maintenance to come fix things.The maintenance is horribly slow the blonde manager in the office is worthless she never gets anything done in a proper time frame. She is rude and unprofessional the apartments recently got new windows after needing them for several years. The blonde manager needs to be fired and replaced with the assistant manager there. Bottom line is maintenance is slow, apartments need to renovated completely.

The office staff has been friendly and efficient and the two times I have needed maintenance the problem was immediately repaired.
