The unit has four bedrooms in total and two bathrooms. You will be renting out ONE bedroom. Only ONE occupant is allowed per room as this is an individual lease property!!!
Internet and cable is included in rent. My utilities have never gone over $ a month (that is the highest they have ever been). We have a starbucks coffee machine, resort style 🏊 pool, /7 club house, and much more! Check out University Park website to see everything!
The lease ends July st, . Our unit does have cats and they live on my side of the apartment with my roommate! You will be living with THREE other 👩 female students who go to University of Tennessee! They are very friendly, do not smoke. I live in bedroom A. I have the smallest window but our bedrooms are all the same size!
You will only pay $ a month. I have a $ monthly rent concession that will be passed on to you! You can only be 👩 female, this is not a 👨👩 co-ed unit. My roommates are pretty 🎇clean people. no huge partiers as my roommates are more on the quiet side. Serious inquiries only!
