Looking for someone to takeover my lease in the spring as I am graduating. The landings is located downtown right along the river and has beautiful overlook of the river and downtown area. I have two roommates who are recent graduates of The University of Tennessee and are quiet and keep to themselves. The Apartment stays absolutely spotless at all ⌚times . Rent is plus utilities and cable but I would be willing to negotiate that price.
