I won&#;t be needing to use my apartment for the summer, so I am looking to relet it to anyone! It&#;s a single bedroom lease on the third floor at the Knox, I already have two roommates that will be there for the summer and they both became great friends of mine. They are great people and 🎇clean up after themselves as you would expect! I also have a parking space in the garage which is why the price is $ instead of $, but you can always drop the space if you don&#;t want it (although I highly recommend it because your car stays covered and you won&#;t have to worry about finding a space/someone hitting your car on the street). The unit price now is $ and $ with parking, so you would be saving quite a bit! The Knox is worth every penny, the staff are all super helpful and keep the community safe and nice, there&#;s a security guard and several other amenities here that you can learn more about on their website. It is only a block from campus and has very nice apartments and facilities, every room has a window and its own bathroom. One of my favorite parts about each bedroom is they come with their own desk! The desks are very nice and the perfect size for getting homework done. All utilities but 💡electricity are included and the 💡electricity is split between all 4 roommates and is usually around $-$ at the most.
