Hi, Loading...

May 2017: I have lived in Crowne for 3 years now. Although the facilities are nice, there are several reasons why I would not recommend this place to a friend, Firstly, I have had multiple issues with the accountant incorrectly charging my account or crediting the wrong tenants with my payment. She has consistently been unapologetic and never acknowledges her mistake. I find this frustrating to deal with to the point where I am writing a review (I don't do this often). Apr 2017: Management is deceitful, they find any possible way to charge/overcharge tenants. They have no regard for their residents' safety. I had my car broken into (as well as a handful of my neighbors) last spring, so I went to talk to Crowne about checking the security tape and was told by an employee that my building was THE ONLY building without security cameras so they couldn't help me. As it turns out, none of the buildings have any kind of security cameras, systems, etc. at all, so you're pretty much on your own. Review from 4/5/17 on Google
Oct 2016: I can say without any hesitation that Crowne at Campus Pointe is superior to nearly all of other options in the area. Many of the new complexes in the area are new and claim to provide "deluxe amenities", however, those amenities come with an outstanding price increase. Unlike some of the newer developments, Crowne has been established in the area for a while and knows exactly how to cater to their residents' needs. Some new establishments, in addition to skyrocketing rents, have been delayed and left people living in hotel rooms while others have had many technical difficulties resulting in resident-wide disappointment. Aug 2016: I lived here for 2 years from fall 2009-fall 2011, and then back again from spring 2015-fall 2016 when I returned back to Knoxville for graduate school. Crowne is in a great location, being in walking distance to campus for classes and UT football games! It also has great a great community club house with a workout room, game room, computer lab, and a very nice pool. Crowne was extremely helpful with me on everything from maintenance requests, to mailing issues, and even moving. Maintenance requests were always done with 24 hours of my request (*holidays not included*). Anytime I had mailing issues they were very helpful in solving the issues, or notified me when packages arrived. Review from 8/24/16 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2016: I am going on my third year living at Crowne and I personally could not imagine going through college and living anywhere but here. When I went around Knoxville viewing apartments Crowne was my first complex visit and I fell in love. Crowne feels like this little secluded area in middle of downtown Knoxville. In what is considered a bad part of Knoxville I have never felt unsafe as I walk my dog around the complex even late at night. The staff in the office is absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I put in maintenance requests, they come in a very timely manner. This is great place to live and I am so glad I decided to live here during college. Review from 8/7/16 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2016: After a year of living here, my roommate and I are very happy that we chose Crowne. The entire property is so beautiful, and the staff has always been helpful with any of our needs. They really make their residents feel at home, especially with the free dinners they offer every month! I would recommend Crowne to any college student looking for a place to live near campus. Feb 2016: Crowne is definitely one of the better places to live in the fort. The apartments are extremely spacious and laid out very nice. The community is also really beautiful too. But it is not worth the amount of money you pay. The amenities are nothing special, water and electric are not included, and we have had tons of problems with things in our apartment. Our appliances do not work like they are supposed to and have broken multiple times just in the past couple of months. SOME of the staff is incredibly rude and unwelcoming and it makes me dread having to go into their office. Review from 2/21/16 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2015: I have lived here for 2 years with my roommates. I think it is awesome. Our apartment is spacious and the amenities are awesome. We decided on 4 people in a three bedroom and a dog and we have plenty of room. We use the pool side grills once a week and the fitness center daily. Anytime we have had a maintenance request, they come extremely quick to fix anything including changing light bulbs. Overall, I have been completely satisfied to call this place home and if I stay here for Grad School, I will be living at Crowne. Review from 10/22/15 on Google

Aug 2015: I lived at Crowne for 3 years and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I ever made during my college living. The apartments are very nice and the fact that cable and internet is provided is a major plus. We had a dog and there was plenty of room to walk the dog around and play. The gym is a bit small but it has everything you would need. The pool is great and a lot of space to hang out. The grills are perfect for the summer nights. Sarah and Jamie know their stuff and are always there to help. They both made my college experience even more enjoyable. I had a garage which was a great option and the fact its close to the strip for the bars and I walked to class everyday so the distance to campus is ideal. Review from Apartment Ratings on 08/11/15
Mar 2013: have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and Crowne has been BY FAR the best! There are so many great things to say about Crowne including the close proximity to campus, the spaciousness of the units, and the affordable rent, but when I was in a bind and had to find a new place before the end of the year, the staff is what was really the deciding factor for me. Each person that works at Crowne is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. They helped match me with my current roommate and the situation has worked out great! The maintenance staff even helped my boyfriend carry my very heavy dresser into my apartment! I really cannot thank them enough for their continued support and care for their tenants. Feb 2013: Crowne is great! I have lived at other places around here and this is definitely my favorite. The apartments are very nice (inside and outside) and spacious (having my own bathroom and walk in closet is the best), and I am able to walk to class. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly. There is also the great pool area and workout room that I use a lot. I love living at Crowne and I'm sad ill be leaving after graduation. Jan 2013: I am a first year graduate student here in Knoxville, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Crowne. It is within walking or biking distance from school, and it is very clean. The lawns are well manicured and the overall facility well kept. I have had no trouble with the staff at all. In fact, they are always extremely friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for quality housing that is clean and convenient, I would highly recommend Crowne. I have had no complaint thus far. Review from 01/13/13 on Apartment Ratings
