There is an existing roommate and the move in date would be August th at Quarry Trails next to the Woodlands (near UT Medical Center, about min from campus). They do charge a flat rate for 🌊 water ($) and charge based on usage for 💡electricity. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also great amenities like a 🏊 pool, 🎥 movie room, 🕶️ tanning bed, workout facility, and lounge.
