Sep 2015: I have lived here for over 2 years and any problems I have the front office takes care of them promptly. The manager is the best manager I have ever had. She is so nice and is doing everything she can to make our living experience the best possible. The only down side is the apartments are a little small. I'm ok with that but some people are not. May 2013: I have lived in a 1 B/R apartment at Papermill Square for the past 10 months during my last year as an undergraduate at UT. Overall, I have had a very positive experience. I did extensive research on Knoxville apartment options before choosing Papermill Square, and I can confidently say that this is one of the best values there is. The parking situation is excellent. I have never been unable to find a parking space close to my building, even late at night, and there has always been parking available for guests as well. So in short, if you're looking for a simple, no-frills, low maintenance apartment in a safe area for a great price, I would highly recommend Papermill Square. Oct 2012: We've been living here at Papermill Square for a little over 2 months now, and I must say that it is a breath of fresh air! Seriously, after our previous experience with a truly terrible apartment complex here in Knoxville, we are truly grateful to have found this place. First and foremost, the staff shines the brightest. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always greet you with a kind "Hello!" or "How are you doing?" that is genuine and reassuring. They are also very helpful when it comes to repair and responding to problems in your home. Just a few days ago I had a concern about my door not closing properly, and the very next day the maintenance man was there to fix it, and was finished within a few minutes.
