Hi, Loading...

Jul 2019: I started looking at apartments in Knoxville in February of 2019, and Cross Creek was at the top of first, my long list, and then my short list. Seeing the facility was a convincer, as was meeting the on-site management team, Tanya and Kari. Tanya and Kari extended every courtesy in helping me find the right place over a three-month period as things wound down for me in Chicago. They were very congenial, professional, and efficient, and I have been delighted with my new apartment. The Cross Creek complex is quiet, woodsy, and very well tended. Amazing to have acres and acres for walking, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. The design of the apartments in quite ingenious. On moving in, I found a few minor repairs that needed attention and notified the management. Within a day, Charlie and Chris were at my apartment ready to make the repairs I had reported and even one they thought needed work Review from Google
Jun 2019: Have lived here little over a year now, recently resigned our lease for another year. You really can’t beat the location it’s close to west Knoxville, downtown, Clinton highway( really it’s right in the middle of everything)!! It’s quiet, no crazy neighbors. The office is always so easy to work with and handles everything in a very timely manner! Not to mention the price is great for what we need (one bedroom). The only thing I would probably change is my kitchen it would be nice to have an updated version but this one was ready when we needed it and they even worked with us so we could move in sooner! I would recommend cross creek to anybody! It’s way better than overly priced west Knoxville apartments that I’ve lived in before! Review from Google
Jun 2019: I love living here! Kari is so friendly, help and always answers all of my questions that I have. She is the absolute best! Review from Google

Jun 2019: My wife and I have recently moved into the Community. So far everything has been amazing. Community events, excellent maintenance staff (Charlie is the man). The office staff, Tanya and Kari, have been so nice and professional. Handling every request with complete care and compassion! Our neighbors are very personable. We love our back deck, it’s so easy to just fall asleep out there. To many great things to say about the community!! Review from Google

May 2019: Decent apartments. They allow big dogs so that’s cool. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I have only been here for about a week now, but Cross Creek already feels like home. Yes, some of the apartments/townhouses are a little bit older, but the renovations that they are working on for some of them are amazing! They ladies in the office could not be kinder, and maintenance does an amazing job as well. I am beyond pleased with my decision to move here! Review from Google

Mar 2018: Well where do I begin. Parking lots are awful and riddled with gravel, unfinished construction, and pot holes. Apparently every apartment is allowed to have six cars not parked in guest parking. Pets and pet waste- I have personally watched multiple people have giant dogs and I have stepped in theirs dogs poop and watched them not pick up the poop. And I have brought this up to them before. Raccoons living in the drain and dragging garbage everywhere and not having a big enough dumpster for some of the parking lots Oh and also the water being out for 3 whole days and no one saw any sort of reimbursement for the trouble. But we did see a raise in rent, the pool got set up and they added new signs for the lots. So I’m glad they have their priorities straight. Also you’ll receive a noise complaint letter if you play music and talk “all Review from Google
Mar 2018: My wife and I absolutely love living here! The staff is super friendly and are very quick to respond to our needs. Very comfortable apartments. Nice and cozy. And our neighbors are great people as well! Review from Google
Mar 2018: Really enjoyed living here the first half of my lease then there has been ongoing maintenece issues. Whole complex was without water for 4 days with no concern. The icing on the cake is the flooding.. The emergency maintence number is useless. My daughters room and bathroom literally looked like it was pouring rain at 4am They never returned my phone call. After much more damage was done i called again and he said it would be an hour before he got there. Once he got here at 8am he was able to stop the water leak immediately. Went to speak to office about it they had nothing to say. Now my daughter can't sleep in that room without coughing nonstop and throwing up because of the shotty water extraction service so i had to pull her mattress into the master bedroom.. So technically I am only able to use 1 bedroom and 1 bath but paying for 2/2. The Review from Google
Dec 2017: Convenient apartment complex with the bonus of being secluded Review from Google
Jun 2017: For the size and price these are great! A little out dated but to be expected because they are older. The maintenance guys are really responsive and have immediately fixed any minor issues I had. Pool is nice and big and the walking trails are great. Super quiet here also! Review from Google
Jun 2017: Great townhouses, grounds, and staff. However the rent is a bit high, especially for location. It would be nice if residents kept their areas outside their doors better looking, and everyone cleaned up after their dogs--especially since pet poo bag dispensers and disposal containers are located very frequently throughout the property. I feel like people fail to pick up after their pets more often than not; it seems to be habitual with some residents. I cannot walk our two dogs without constantly stepping in another dog's poo, and have ruined multiple door mats to avoid tracking globs of poo inside. Review from Google
May 2017: After losing my husband to cancer, I knew I wouldn't be happy continuing to live in our house without him, so I made the decision to begin searching for an apartment. I looked at several before coming to Cross Creek, but as I was driving up the drive, I knew this is where I wanted to be & I couldn't be happier with my decision! Even though it's a pet friendly community (I have 2 huge cats, so definitely a must have for me), it is very peaceful & quiet. Review from 5/30/17 on Google
May 2016: Kitchen and Bathrooms are very outdated. Secondhand smoke is a major issue. Parking is HORRIBLE there are many apartments with multiple adults and they violate the 2 cars per apartment rules. Noise and bugs have been a consistent problem that they quick fix, but it returns. Mold around the windows (which are paper thin) is a major battle. They just painted over it, but one knows it'll return and it does. Review from 5/10/16 on Google
May 2016: Very nice property and leasing team. Good value for rent price. Spacious and open floor plans, but slightly outdated kitchens that could use a remodel. Review from 5/4/16 on Google
Apr 2016: My family has been here for going on 3 years, and we love it.. Keri and Tanya are absolutely great! They know us by name when we call, and they never hesitate to do something for you. They literally are the best, from homes to staff. I just love it here and the help of great staff makes it even better. Review from 4/19/16 on Google
Dec 2015: I really enjoyed the friendly staff, clean leasing office and clean, well layed out apartment. Very willing to help ease the stresses of a first time mover, excited about this move here to cross creek. Review from 12/20/15 on Google
Nov 2015: Cross Creek is a wonderful place to live! The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make the residents happy!! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment! Review from 11/22/15 on Google
Nov 2015: If I could give a 0 star I would. Horrible place to live and apparently I'm not the only one they evicted for no reason then tried to fine them out the ass. I asked how much I needed to pay to be out and done with it, i was told 800. I paid it then got a bill for an additional 1,700. Management is a joke and should go back to where ever they got their education and take another year or two. Review from 11/16/15 on Google
Apr 2014: My husband and I have lived at Cross Creek for 2 years now and just signed on for another year. I have lived in several different apartment complexes in Knoxville and Cross Creek has by far been my favorite. The office and maintenance staff have been nothing but exceptional and the rates are VERY reasonable. We live in a renovated apartment that had new floors, cabinets, appliances, etc and it has been very nice. There are, of course, signs that the apartment is old but anytime we've ever had problems (even aesthetic issues) they have been more than happy to work with us to make us happy. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is always clean, and parking has never been an issue. Overall, we are very happy with Cross Creek, especially the staff. Review from 04/24/14 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2012: We loved living in Cross Creek. We had to move due to relocating for a job. In the years that we lived there, it became home. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly as is the maintenance staff. Any issues that arose, as they do from time to time, were quickly handled. The staff went way out of their way to help us with an issue we were having with an utility company. The apartments themselves are located in a lovely wooded area. It was as quiet as an apartment complex can be. The square footage of our townhouse was a great value for the rent price. The complex is located in the middle of everything we needed. The location was great for wherever we needed to go in Knoxville. In bad weather conditions, the staff always quickly worked to ensure the safety of the parking lots and drive way.
