Jun 2019: We have lived in here for 5+ years and I will tell you that the pool is closed more times than not. A HUGE reason why we chose to live here is the nice pool that we have, yet we rarely get to use it. It opens up way later than other apartment/ community pools and is closed literally all the time. It sucks that we pay for an apartment complex to have a beautiful pool that you don’t even get to use that much and while you’re there it’s like you’re being watched like a hawk. Other than the pool issue, the apartments are a good size, the maintenance men are incredible and the office workers are nice! It was in a nice spot but the pictures on the internet looked better than the apartments themselves. Were saying the tennis and basketball court on the hill was theirs...but the complex we seen located to them said that they were theirs so im not sure if they really are or not. Dont think the prices matched well with what you would get tho. Better bang for your buck at other locations of course. We didn't renew our lease this year because we got an opportunity to buy a house out in the country that we just could not pass up. I just wanted to say that the office staff and maintenance guys were always wonderfully friendly, professional, and responsive to us. The complex is as old as I am, so expect it to be a bit outdated, but for the price and the location you just can't beat it. Apr 2018: Nice place I like where I am at. The front office staff are easy to deel with and the maintenance crew handles my issues asap. I asked about upcoming openings of apartments, knowing that they get leased out frequently and she responded "how would I know that?" Well there's plenty that I can think of, such as people moving out, evictions, etc. We just wanted to come in and simply talk to someone about prices, see pictures, or anything really, but I guess we will take our business to the people who can actually apply a little thing called "costumer service." Jul 2017: I HATE living here, i will be moving as soon as possible. Ive lived in the hell hole for 2 years. Within just this last year (october 2016 to now july 2017) our water heater has broke, and our a/c has been clogged TWICE. The floor has water damage due to everything going on, looks like mold is in the midst also. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Review from GoogleJul 2016: If it wasn't for the multiple break ins of my car and my motorcycle being stolen from its chains, this place probably wouldn't be so bad. The staff is pretty solid and the apartments are a little dated but for the price you really can't blame them. However, the absurd amount of theft that has occurred (no security cameras by the way, and the losses before insurance is approaching $4000) far outweigh any reason I'd ever live here again. We adore our apartment. Nice layout, clean, and they regularly do pest control so we've never had any bug problems. The ground are always kept nice and clean. ANY time we've had any problems the staff has immediately taken care of them. Overall, we'd highly recommend Carriage Hill. Between the apartments and the staff it's definitely a great choice. Maintenance is always very quick to come up and fix any repairs. The buildings are a little older, but short of minor repairs we never had problems. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained.
