- 7 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths.

This place is honestly great, and it&#;s brand new.

Features: It has a lot of features like: being fully furnished, a full-sized kitchen, washer and dryer, large private bedrooms and bathrooms, 🚶 walk-in closets, free Wi-Fi, and a 📺 tv package that includes ESPN, SEC Network, HBO, and Cinemax.

Amenities: It includes a ton of amenities like: having a " flat screen 📺 tv, free printing and 🚍 bus pass (which takes you directly to campus), building and parking security (you also get free parking for taking my lease since it&#;s included in my package), /7 maintenance, study and play rooms, salt🌊 water 🏊 pool, gym, outdoor 🍔 grills, 🕶️ tanning sites, 🚴 bike storage, and much more.

Roommates: I now live with 3 other 👨 guys. However, since the leases are separate, you may not necessarily have to live with them. You can choose to if you like my room, but you can choose any room that&#;s open if it matches the price of my current lease. I now live in a riverside suite facing Neyland Stadium. It&#;s an awesome view, and you&#;ll be staying here for relatively cheap.

Staff: I&#;ve had an easy ⌚time working with management. If I was confused about rent payment, the lease, or anything else, I could visit the office in the front of the building, and the manger would clear everything up.

I&#;ve had a great ⌚time here so far and would definitely stay next year. However, for personal reasons, I&#;m moving away and trying to sublease so I can get someone cheap rent for the remainder of my lease. It doesn&#;t stop there, though. If you take my lease and decide you want to live here for the year, then you can talk to the manager and get a discount to $/month. My roommate has already decided to stay and is getting this deal. That&#;s a monthly $ discount if you live in a room like mine.
