Hi everyone! I have a summer sublease and I am highly motivated to get it off my hands! I am subleasing my 1X1 bedroom in a unit at venue north campus. My room is 🎇clean and has a big 🚶 walk in closet. The apartment is furnished with a huge living room as we are a corner unit. The unit is on the top floor so it is quiet. My roommates are good friends of mine and are very nice and fun. The apartment will be quiet most of the ⌚time as the other roommates will be working or away for most of the summer. 🐕 pets are allowed and one of my roommates has a cat already. Friendly and comfortable environment. I am willing to cover all associated fees to expedite the process.
The complex has 2 🏊 pools and will be a lot of fun over the summer. There is a hour gym on the property and the parking lot is 🌉 gated. There is plenty of parking, or you can upgrade to covered parking for a small fee.
The price of the apartment covers renters insurance, parking and all utilities/💡electricity.
