Apr 2017: We have enjoyed our stay here for around 2 years. The only concern could be that the facilities are really old that they break up frequently, but the maintenance is really one of the top strengths of this community. Whatever the problem is, it gets fixed the next day. Even if the problem is really big, the maintenance person (Sean) does whatever is needed to make it pass smoothly. Comparing the last 2 managements, the Collier Company has made a really big difference in running this community. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone including Amber, Lauren and Sean.
Taking the whole package of price, location and how close the community is to USF, I would definitely recommend it for my future colleagues who are going to study at USF. Review from Google

Feb 2017: I have had a wonderful year being a part of the Union Park Apartments team. The residents are so sweet and caring and you get a real sense of community in our neighborhood. Aug 2015: xxxx was absolutely amazing, but since she moved on from the company and xxx is the new property manager, the place has really gone downhill. Nick is one of the most impersonal and rude people I've ever had to deal with. He simply is an outright an uncaring person towards his tenants. He is the sole reason I will not be renewing my lease. It's extremely hard to enjoy living here when I know a portion of my rent will be going to pay his salary. I enjoy a sense of community, and that is totally gone now.

Mar 2015: My husband and I recently relocated to Florida from New Hampshire. It can be quite scary finding a place to live out of state. However, Sara made the whole process so easy for us. She is extremely thorough and it shows. The other tenants in this complex are extremely nice. We feel very safe here. Any time we have questions Sara is always prompt to answer. She is a friendly presence in the office and makes everyone feel welcome. There is truly a sense of community here and i would recommend Union Park to anyone!!
Review from 3/25/2015 on Apartment RatingsMar 2015: Apartment is ok at first view. After awhile you begin to notice how out dated it really is with peeling paint in tub and counter tops. Windows did not lock and carpet very old clean at move in but after a couple days of living its true state shows. Manager pretty cool but at move out was rude and wanted to charge for things that were a problem while living there so be sure to complain of anything you see is wrong before you end up paying for it. Surroundings were nice grass always green. For the price you can find something better too out dated!

Jul 2014: The residents here are nice. Mostly families and some students. It's reasonably quiet here and generally there are kids playing in the pool on the weekends.
I enjoyed my stay there. Now I might elect to get a 1/1 instead of a studio, which is what I had when I stayed at Union Park. The area is nice enough. I used to walk across the street to USF a lot. The Marshall Center is nearby and the USF library is a thirty minute walk. USF is literally across the street. Review from Google
