Hello, I am looking to sublease my 1x1 in a 4x4 apartment (All 👨 guys). The rent is a month (garage parking is additional $ a month) and the apartment complex name is Union on Fletcher. Also 💡electricity, WiFi, and 🌊 water are all included. The apartment also has two ⛄ fridges plus both a washer and dryer.
The term length will be from March to July and I am looking to sublease ASAP. I must mention that Union on Fletcher is a newly constructed apartment complex and is steps away from the 💚 USF campus.
