This is a twelve month lease, with August , being the move in date and August 1, being the day first month’s rent is due. I absolutely ❤️love ULake Apartments, I fell in ❤️love as soon as I visited the property and took a tour of the room! Nothing is wrong with the lease or the apartment, it’s just my original plans of moving back to Tampa after I graduated changed and I received an opportunity to go elsewhere. The 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment is $ a month to include 🌊 water, sewer, 💡electric,⛽gas, cable, internet, trash removal, pest control and comes fully furnished. The 🏆best thing about this apartment is, if you wanted to move in with your 🏆best friend or significant other, you are allowed to have double occupancy! One person would be in charge of paying $ and the other person would be in charge of paying the other half, $. ULake Apartments are less than 5 minutes away from 💚 USF with a 🚌 shuttle that comes to and from the property. The gym is accessible hours. There are 3 salt 🌊 water 🏊 pools, a dog grooming area, a package station and leisure/🍔 grill area on the property as well. The propert is right next to a Walmart, Target, Publix and even Florida Hospital, it is definitely in a prime location! Feel free to message me with any questions!
