Jun 2019: This is a shout out to Marlon, who went above and beyond to ensure our daughter and her roommate were well taken care of as they moved in. He was professional, customer-focused, and extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained everything from parking to operating the A/C, and if we didn't reach out to him, he checked in with us to make sure our questions were answered and every detail was addressed (and I asked lots of questions!) I was very impressed and thankful! Review from Google

Jun 2019: The management is slow and lazy. Way too many added fees and little things they throw into your rent. Also if you want to add someone and remove another person from the lease each person has to pay $250 each. The hallways smell like pee and dogs poop in the hallways and it takes days for them to clean it up. If the halls don’t smell like poop or pee don’t worry because there is always a constant smell of weed. The apartments have a really a bad bug problem and it is not just one apartment it’s a lot of them. Even after we were serviced twice for pest control it did nothing and still go charged! We have a clean apartment so it’s not like we’re disgusting tenants who don’t clean up. They’re supposed to change your air vents filters once a month more like once every 5-6 months. For $1600-$1800 for a two bedroom it is so not worth it. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!! Review from Google

May 2019: Marlon is a top-notch service rep!!!! I’ve always had great experiences and fast results from him, UNLIKE SOME OF THE OTHER FORMER vintage lofts employees. ANYWHO... if vintage lofts keeps hiring people like Marlon, no one will ever want to move. Review from Google

May 2019: They will ignore you and do their best not to help you. They will also try to scam you for your security deposit which is insanely high. They will just try to claim that you never put one down. So if you are dumb enough to rent here please keep your original lease and payment records. Not only will they try to scam you they will also be extremely rude. Any reviews giving them a good rating is likely made by themselves, keep that in mind. Review from Google

May 2019: Marlon in the front is always professional, diligent, and actually cares about the residents. Always available to help, always courteous, and organizes events for the complex. Has personally helped me out and went above and beyond multiple times. Review from Google

Mar 2019: Always trash and pet feces and urine in the halls, along with solicited advertisements for restaurants, bars, and clubs. Management has gotten better since I moved in, but definitely still has room for improvement. Definitely overpriced for what it is. Close to UT? Yes. Close to DT? Yes. Is it really worth it? Not particularly. I'm giving the extra star because the maintenance staff is awesome. They are quick and efficient, and they do an awesome job. Kudos to them. Review from Google
Mar 2019: One of the worst apartment complexes I have lived at. To begin, the office staff is rude and unreliable when It comes to returning phone calls or completing requests. The residents at the complex trash it and have no respect for other people's property. Second, unless you're a college student and want to party 24/7, I definitely don't recommend you living here because that is the population that makes up the majority at Vintage. Third, if you have a pet you MOST definitely do not want to live here. Why you ask? because you will have to pay a 350$ non-refundable "pet fee". AND on top of that a 25$ per month per pet. So for someone like my roommate and I who each own a pet, we paid collectively 700$ for the initial "pet fee" and 700$ for our monthly "pet fee" to total out at 1400$. Mind you, when we moved out we did not have a single damage to the apartment caused by either of our pets and received 0$ back Review from Google
Jan 2019: Where do I start with this nightmare of an apartment complex? Hmm. I lived in a first floor apartment on the street side (Rome and Cypress) and my window glass shattered when trying to open the window. It took them 7 weeks and many phone calls and emails to repair my window. I dealt with cardboard in the window (extremely safe), until I sent a very long e-mail to property manager. She was then chipper and made progress the next day. I wonder how long it would’ve taken them to fix it if it weren’t for me following up day after day? Next, we go to move out (after having to unfortunately extend our rent for an additional 2 months and $5,000 later), and do the walk through. When we move all of the items out of our closet, we notice that the pipe from the laundry room has been leaking under the ground into our closet. There is about 2-3ft of BL Review from Google
Jan 2019: We parked here being our friend’s place and we got towed. Their visitor parking is the very highest floor that consists of about 12 spots. We parked on the ramp and got towed Review from Google
Nov 2018: Do not trust the office staff. They offered us free rent if my fiancé could help them buy a product through his work. We did not solicit the free rent, they reached out to him with the offer. After the office staff didn’t follow through we escalated the issue to UDR and were offered a few hundred off of rent instead. There’s a huge difference between $300 and $1,200. The offer was not honored because they said it was a bad business decision on the office staff’s part and management felt they were not legally obligated to uphold it. Their offer was in writing but follow up conversations were done over the phone. Then when we moved out we needed to break the lease a month early. We were told there was a renter to take the apartment immediately after we moved out so we wouldn’t have to pay the final month of our lease. After we moved we Review from Google
Nov 2018: The staff is great and the location is perfect. The office manager Yvonne is amazing and goes out of her way to help everyone. Kudos! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Yvonne honestly did such an amazing job helping me. I'm new to the area, and didn't have much of a security deposit or funds to put down on my apartment. She did a phenomenal job finding me the right apartment, and even calling me when the apartment I wanted was receiving a lot of interest. I HIGHLY recommend using Yvonne and the Vintage lofts when you're looking for a place. It's really nice and pet friendly and the employees actually care about you. Review from Google
Jun 2018: It’s been great so far, anything we’ve asked for has been addressed asap! Staff is very friendly and efficient! Plenty of parking! I’ve recommended the lofts to my friends! Review from Google
May 2018: Living at Vintage has been one of the worst experience. The management sucks when it comes to helping the residents. I had referred one of my friends to live here..and the management was not giving me the referral credit as promised. Yvonne was avoiding to meet me every time it was possible by pretending to be busy. Very unprofessional! I had to visit the office at least 10times before they were convinced that the referral was authentic. Next they promised me the upgrades along with lease extension but never gave me these upgrades and kept making excuses. I have been emailing the management since a month and they never seem to care about it. I would recommend other places like NOHO flats or South Hyde park. This place is AWFUL! Please do not waste your money, time and energy in dealing with these people Review from Google
Apr 2018: 1. They regularly tow cars 2. Random $5 extra charge for "Painting" 3. Random $250 fine for taking a picture 4. They have screwed up my mail, that IS ILLEGAL 5. "Emergency" maintenance did not know the address of the apartment complex, and didn't come one time after I requested it 6. Hot tub worked 5% of the time 7. Coffee machine broke all of the time 8. Gate to the garage would just stop working 9. One burner of our stove wasn't working and they tried to make us buy them an entirely new stove 10. Everything in the gym is broke 11. Dog poop everywhere, don't go barefoot in the dog park 12. Trash, throw up, even dog poop and pee are in the hallways Lastly, which is very important, make sure everything is in writing because you know the sales office of the Vintage Lofts at West End in Tampa, Florida will try to screw you in any way possible if what yo
Apr 2018: Might seem appealing for college students but there are FAR better places to live - cheaper and better quality than Vintage. Staff sucks, particularly Yvonne who makes herself scarce when confronted with issues. They’ll fine you for quite literally anything and everything, and you’ll spend weeks trying to get in touch with staff to review bull charges. not worth the headache. Staff is super helpful when it comes to selling and moving in and then forgets to care when you’re an actual resident. Review from Google
Apr 2018: For starters, my review would have provided the Vintage Lofts at West End in Tampa, Florida with zero starS, but unfortunately, zero was not an option, so regrettably, I must provide them with a one-star rating that is not deserved by any means. The sales office is a joke. Have you ever heard of the expression, "The customer is always right?" Well, with the sales office, "The sales office is always right". The people in the sales office have ZERO, and I mean ZERO customer service skills. Unfortunately, the Lofts are a convenient 0.7 miles away from the University of Tampa. Roughly half of the occupants of the Lofts are college students, making the apartments a scam from the start. They know UT kids want apartments close to campus, so in reality, the product sells itself. Because of this, the sales office has no incentive to do their job corr Review from Google
Apr 2018: There is not one appealing aspect of this apartment complex. Upon moving in we were welcomed by an AC unit that took nearly a month to fix which is a big issue mid summer in Florida. Maintenance has no sense of urgency when it comes to filling out service requests. The hallways are covered in cockroaches crawling around and having to step over dog feces every day is just another part of living here. We were showed a hot tub on our tour that did not work for 90 percent of our stay (even after having told management). Management is very disorganized and does not care unless you beg them to resolve an issue. It seems the only time they reach out to you is when they want money. For my entire stay they were doing construction on the side of the building with loud banging every single morning. If you're lucky enough to have your room near the Review from Google
Apr 2018: I went to give my 2 month lease ending notice and was told I could extend my lease until graduation for a reasonable price if approved by the manager. Because I was told this, I have waited on putting a deposit down for a new apartment elsewhere. However, this was in February and they STILL have not gotten back to me about if it is ok for me to stay. So, long story short, my lease ends the 27th and I have no place to go. WFT. I have sent out numerous emails to both people in the leasing office as well as the manager and not even the manager replies to me. but they still have time to send out mass emails about the fitness center and discounts on other things. super mad. Thought they were improving under new management but I guess not. Once you have paid them, they forget about you and move on to getting more people to sign leases. this place su Review from Google
Mar 2018: My roommate and I are nurses who work opposite shifts and we love living here, we're super close to TGH where we work and we can both enjoy peaceful slumber during the opposite ends of our shifts, we've been here for a few months now and we can assure you it's not party central but it's a community where you can be social and still live in peace Review from Google
