Looking to reassign my contract for my apartment starting January 1st through July st. I live at the Standard in the Downing floor plan. I am graduating in December and moving away. This is an all men&#;s apartment with no cats or dogs.
My 3 roommates are awesome 👨 guys and easy to get along with.
The apartment is furnished and includes a rooftop 🏊 pool, study rooms, and a gym. The a month does also include my parking space in the garage and partial utilities. The remaining utility bill is normally $ a month.
