looking for a 👩 female sublet starting on may 1st! my roommates are all generally pretty 🎇clean people that stay out of the way for the most part! it is a 👨👩 coed apartment with 4 👩 girls and 1 👨 boy but the 👨 guy is super nice and friendly and has been friends with my other roommates since high school which is why he lives with them! the 👩 girl who you would be "sharing" a bathroom with is moving out mid may and is not coming back so you would have your own bathroom for the majority of your lease. she does have a dog and a cat but she is taking them with her mid may as well. All bills are included in rent such as 🌊 water, 💡electric,cable and wifi. Parking is not included in rent but its only $ a month extra so its not bad at all. Amenities include a rooftop 🏊 pool, gym, sauna, and more! in the lobby there is a 🕶️ tanning bed, golf simulator and courtyards. Overall the place is super nice and i was really happy living here!
