Great living area, close enough to 💚 USF yet far enough to make it less expensive than the other student-living apartments (5 min drive w/o traffic). The living area and room is bigger than most. Roommates are chill, respectful, 🎇clean (for the most part), and mostly keep to themselves. The whole apartment complex recently went through a whole renovation, it’s currently under new (and better) management. /7 gym and 🏊 pool. 🌉 gated community. There are currently no pets in the apt. with all 👩 femaleroommates. It’s close to an autozone, checkers, liquor store, smoke shop, Mexican 🍔 restaurant, Taco Bell and a couple more cool shops.
