Utilities is around $35/40 a month. This apartment is located in The Retreat at Tampa where there is a clubhouse that has a two story gym, study rooms, game room, and a 🏊 pool. As well as dog park. This is 🐕 pet friendly. The apartment has its own washer and dryer, living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the pictures the bedroom I am subleasing is bedroom d.
