The room is a deluxe room (Bedroom 3) with a huge bathroom and giant 🚶 walk-in closet (both in the room). ALL utilities are included in the price including 🌊 water, 💡electric,internet, trash and cable. Only one roommate lives here even though it is a 3/3. The 3rd room is just used as an extra room for guests. There is also a guest bathroom this way. The clubhouse is awesome and includes a gym and theatre room. The internet is 1Gbit down and 1Gbit up on a wire (fastest internet I&#;ve ever seen, downloading a GB game literally takes minutes). Fully furnished as well. The living room includes a couch, chair, coffee table, end table, stools, dining table and dining chairs. The room includes a bed, dresser, night stand, desk and desk chair. The apartment also has a balcony and a sort of private porch area because its further from the other units. I&#;ve got an internship in a different city and need to move out ASAP.
