Hi everyone! I am looking to sublease my room in The Province this summer while I am out of the country leading study abroad programs.
I live in a 3x3 unit with all 👩 femaleroommates. My apartment is modern, close to the gym and 🏊 pool, and usually really quiet. I have a huge kitchen with dark wooden floors. My room is fully furnished, and there is a private bathroom inside the room. My room has a lot of space and a nice 🚶 walk in closet too! I can send pictures of the room upon request.
I plan on moving out on May th, which means that you could move in on May st or June 1st. IF YOU MOVE IN ON JUNE 1ST, THE PROVINCE WILL GIVE YOU A SPECIAL RENT DEAL OF $ FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE. Then, in July, you will be responsible for paying the regular $ for that month. My lease ends on July st, so you will only need to pay for 2 months of rent.
If you need to move in before May st, I am open to negotiating my move out date.
In addition, I am willing to cover the $ application fee so you don&#;t have to!!!
