The office staff are very nice and helpful. The maintenance men are very good at their job. I personally like that is so quiet here and next door to the TTPD. We feel very safe here. Feb 2019: The office staff and maintenance staff are great they are really nice and helpful. My apartment is big and comfortable it is nice and quiet and I'm in a area where everything is nearby, Supermarket restaurants, City Hall , the Police station etc.Jan 2019: The office staff really care about each resident. Even after my unit burnt to the ground (neglectful resident cooking fire), we chose to stay here. I love the care and respect the office has for us. Plus-next to police station, new plants around units, upgrade on all new unit's apliances. Looking forward to year three. The management here doesn't care about anything you tell them until it's too late.
We were experiencing horrible ac problems and it wasn't fixed until it had BROKEN and we were in 80 degree plus INSIDE. It's florida. Not some place up north. It is ridiculously hot here outside a few weeks a year.
We have termites in our apartment and the new management refuses to tent because they don't want to. It's ridiculous. My furniture is probably infested and their isn't anything we can do about it because we can't move out yet. This place is a waste of building space.

May 2018: This is my 3rd year in the this place, When I moved here I was on a budget so I moved here cuz they were cheap well you get what you pay for. We had a change of management company and honestly it was needed. It's been about 2 years since they took over and finally someone cares about taking care of this place and the residents. the property is finally looking like a place you want to Invite friends and family over. They have raised their prices but I really don't care because Im not living in a trap house anymore more.

I really like my apartment. I searched everywhere in the area and it looked clean compared to almost everything else I saw. I have an apartment with an upstairs and down and I needed the space. I also like that there is no carpet downstairs so my dog can run wild.
I really liked being able to look at the apartment as well as the last place I lived at showed me one and that is not what I got.
I'm really close to school and work so that was the main reason why I chose this place. Any time I dropped off my rent, the office is nice. If you do not know what a Superfund site is, google the term. It is NOT a place you want to raise children or start a family in. I’m appalled by the fact that it’s section 8 & no one is notified when renting. How many children & pregnant women have been exposed to the carcinogens?!?! I am just blown away by what I’ve read. Before renting here, please review SS I posted from an evaluation of the site from 1999. Then go google Normandy Apts Superfund Site. They don't want to put money into the units or buildings, but want to waste money on things like assigned parking and landscaping. Garbage management wasted on a prime Temple Terrace location. They are in everyone's business and money hungry. They don't even know which apartments are which. I constantly get notes on my door about some violation that I did not do and they always say "oh, we must have made a mistake." These people are terrible. Review from GoogleAug 2017: This place is awful! We have been here for 6 months now and have had nothing but problemes. We pay $995 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it isn't worth it. Constant water leaking and they fix it by just painting the wet marks. Had a sewage leak outside of our apartment called the emergency maintenance number and they didn't come fix it until the next afternoon. They washed the sewage down the storm drain. That same drain floods Everytime it rains. Our bath tub has a hole rusted in it and this is the second time it has flooded our closet. The office is also on it's third employee in 6 months. They have added extra issues by making everyone have a parking pass. And they won't let you have your kids toys on your patio. Over all this place is horrible and the only reason we are still here is because they won't let us out of our lease. Management better not respond to my comments here on google either. You crooks never responded to my emergency maintenance request. Talk about an insult to injury trying to pretend like the care just to save their image. I cant wait to see this place turned into a parking lot day.
Review from 10/21/16 on GoogleFeb 2016: I have lived in The Park at Monument Terrace formally know as Normandy Park since January of 2014. I rent a 3 bedroom which I love because it is very spacious. The maintenance Staff is very nice and friendly when they finally come out to fix something. The office staff remains professional and courteous even when I go in there with an attitude. I would recommend this property and plan of enjoying my next year lease term.

I have lived here since 2013 and have seen staff change along with the management company. Like the old saying goes, they save the best things for last. The staff has recently changed and has been one of the best working groups that we have had on this property since I lived here. I have found the office & maintenance staff are very attentive and personable. They are always on top of everything! The property is under going a facelift and looks real good. The property has a new name and its called "The Park at Monument Terrace".
