May 2019: GREAT place to rent! Ladies from the Leasing Office are a delight and will do their best to assist with your questions and issues. The complex is kept clean and tidy. Pets are allowed and many plan options to choose from when looking for your next place to live in. can't say enough good things about this place! It is not worth the money , Each an every one of their leasing agents Janet, iris, & some others are ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL & very disrespectful , they do not return courtesy calls , unprofessional customer service , poor phone edict , & they also like to lie about how they operate things.. the worst mistake I made was paying my deposit early for a hold on an apartment thinking this was going to be the right place for me & when I found somewhere els better with better customer service & care i asked for my deposit to be returned back to me as I’m entitled to & they retaliated back & keep my deposit without me even singing my lease or welcome letter , Also took them a month to even send me my welcome letter or any information on the place I was supposed to rent out ... take online reviews into consideration!Feb 2019: Hey, Ive been at this apartment place going on year and a half. It has improved drastically since the first day i moved in. The staff is great at what they do. Janet has bent over backwards to help when she can. The Leasing Consultant (I believe her name was Iris) was very knowledgeable and made my experience a very positive one. I am looking at other properties before I make my decision but this was is absolutely one of my top choices. I'm posting an updated review this year to reflect changes occurring at these apartments. I'm feeling a bit more satisfied with the staff here, the office manager was very friendly with us. They are trying really hard to resolve some known issues with some aspects of living here. Some of these I didn't even mention because I've grown accustomed to just living with it or tolerating some things.
For starters, our rent went up again, this time by a relatively substantial amount. Something more noticeable. The office manager seemed to understand what this meant for us and was willing to lower the rate to something somewhat closer to what we're currently paying for. Dec 2018: I've lived here for about two years, the first year was great the second year has been horrible. Structure is old and i've had roof damage since hurrican Irma and yet they haven't fixed the problem. They continue to tell me that they are waiting on contracts from roofers, but yet they are making the outside of the complex looking great when the inside is falling apart. My only issues are the flooding with the rainy season in one area and that I'm to close to Fletcher Avenue. If I could move this place further down Bruce B Downs I would be estatic! Review from Google
