I am looking for someone to take over my lease in an all-male 4X4 unit at The Lark. The room has a flat screen T.V., a 🏊 pool side view, and an ensuite facility. Roommates are cordial and rarely there. All utilities are included (capped). The unit is fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer. The complex is in proximity to the 💚 USF campus, Bull Runner, and Publix. Amenities includes, but not limited to the following: -hour fitnessgym, 🏊 pool, onsite management, garage parking, study lounges and electronic community access.
