I will be moving out on April , so you will be able to move in on May 1 and stay until the end of July. You will, of course, then be responsible for paying rent for the months of May, June and July.
The room itself is in great condition as I always keep it very 🎇clean. You will share a bathroom with my current roommate. You will share the common areas (i.e. kitchen and living room) with this roommate, in addition to two of my other current roommates (three in total). All of them are very friendly and 🎇clean. You should also have access to all of my roommates&#; kitchen appliances, utensils and silverware, providing none of them move out. If your interested please call, text or email me. I&#;m happy to send pictures and videos of the apartment, or even meet to do a tour of the space.
