I am currently subleasing my room in a 4x2 apartment at the ivy starting June 1st to July st. One roommate has already left so you will only be sharing the space with 2 other roommates. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. The normal rent is a month and we are willing to reduce that to and have taken care of the subleasing fee.
