Aug 2019: My husband and I lived here for the last 3 years. After you understand this is a very old complex with a lot of ‘quirks’ to the units, it truly is the hidden gem of Fletcher. Christina is the most positive human I’ve met in my entire life. She’s always happy to see you and extremely professional. Any complaint I presented to her was immediately addressed. Also Richard in maintenance is spectacular. Every morning I walk my dog and I see him cleaning up or making repairs. Any time I needed repairs in unit, Richard would tend to it quickly and professionally. Christina and Richard are what make Sunscape a great place to live. You can tell they care about this complex. If you’re just working or going to school, I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to the whole team for providing such an easy renting experience! We’re genuinely going to miss you guys! Aug 2019: I have lived at Sunscape apartment for 2 years and recently signed for another year. The property is very beautiful and centrally located. It is well-managed by Christina and Jeannine. Christina is the property manager. Richard, the maintenance manager has passion for his work.
I consider myself fortunate to be living at Sunscape apartment.

My name is Mi. I've lived at Sunscape Apartments back when I was an undergraduate at USF around 2011-2012 with a roommate. I enjoyed staying here mainly because Christina is a wonderful professional and I do not recall any problems besides occasional loud music/beats from behind the complex or from the gas station nearby (police officers were nice and always responded and noise stopped).
Fast forward to 2018, just a few a minutes ago I was at the leasing office at Sunscape Apartments. And what do you know! Christina is still here beaming with her signature smile and sunny personality. When she saw me, she instantly remembered me! That's pretty incredible.
Currently, I am searching for a good apartment to move into because the one I'm at isn't good (Ashford Place Apartments). I remembered Sunscape Apartments so I stopped by. The area surrounding the neighborhood isnt good. I had my truck stolen inside the neighborhood. My brother had his license plate stolen too. The security cameras are bad and didnt help catch the thieves that stole my truck. Sry guys but its the truth. Other than that I have no complaints. From maintenance to personalized service, they went above and beyond. The complex was always clean, orderly and secure. I’ve had three young adults live here and all three were very happy. The only reason they moved was because they bought a home. Living on Fletcher between 15th and 22nd has a negative stereotype but Sunscape truly has been a wonderful place to live as single person, as a married couple and even now with a baby. The residents fit all walks of life and range from college students to families. There is never any crime and the apartments themselves are very well maintained. The staff here are the kindest, nicest people you could ever hope to meet! Christina is extremely well organized and will go out of her way to help you. Javier keeps the grounds spotless and is fast and efficient with any maintenance needs. I trust the staff completely to do any repairs or to drop off packages when I am not home. They are pet friendly and the staff are animal lovers. To anyone worried about the location, there are pros and cons. It is extremely close to USF, the VA, shopping, restaurants, and I-275.

I have lived at Sunscape for 3 1/2 years and have never had a problem that wasn't addressed or wasn't resolved quickly and professionally. Christina and the management staff as well as maintenance personnel have always been pleasant to work with and an asset to this community.
The tenants here are either working professionals or students and the noise level is extremely moderate.
Not only do I love my apartment, the pleasant neighbors, the helpful staff, the washer & dryer, free water and free valet trash removal (etc., etc.), the location is awesome for a foodie like me.

We came from across the country and actually didn't even come look at the apartment before we moved in, so it was a total gamble! Our landlord Christina is very professional and extremely nice. She displays a positive attitude in every interaction, and I've never had any issues with her. She sent us all our paperwork through the mail and we were able to set up our rental agreement without even coming to Tampa. It was a very smooth process.
