The apartment is fully furnished, you have your own bathroom and just share a living room, washer and dryer, and kitchen. i know two of the roommates and they are quiet and very 🎇clean, and you can also bring in a fourth person to stay in the apartment since there is an extra room. Utilities are included and the 💡electricity is capped at $.🚶 walking distance from 💚 USF also there are two bull runnerstops less than 5 minutes away from the apartment.
