Oct 2019: AJ has done a fantastic job maintaining the community and repairing a few things in my apt. He is a great communicator and a wonderful human being! Thanks for cleaning the breezeway. Review from Google
Oct 2019: My wife and I have lived in several other apartments in this part of Temple Terrace and Seastone is by far our favorite. Despite rent being a bit higher, it is more than made up for by the quality of the apartment itself and the service provided by the office staff and maintenance team. They always have a lot on their plate and manage to help however they can! They’ve been working hard lately to get the place looking even nicer than before as well. We also feel relatively safe in this area at night. We walk our dogs or go outside without any fear of being bothered. All in all, the property is in a good location and well kept compared to others in this area! Review from Google
Oct 2019: We really loved the old management but since the new one no one every answers the phone ever, water has been shut off several times and no one gives notice. We are quite disappointed by this new management, hope they change it up soon. Other than the place is good and we enjoy it. Review from Google
Jul 2019: I lived here for a year starting in July of last year. The staff was really responsive, and I had no issues with the leasing office while living there (I was in a second floor, renovated apartment). However, it's been a month since I moved out and I have not received my security deposit back, nor have I heard anything about when I should expect it/if they've taken anything out of it for any reason. My roommate and I have been calling the office every day for a week, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. So you might want to reconsider leasing with these people if you're not physically there to harass them for your security deposit after the fact. Review from Google
Jul 2019: I moved here on April 1st and I was liking it a lot, now since this new management my bills also has changed the new management IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. The communication with the previous management was timely and prompt he always answered the phone and if he missed the call he’d check the voicemail and call u back. Also The water had been shut off today for no reason at all and no warning or anything was given by this new management and again no one is answering the phone in the office which is really aggravating the hell out of me. I also have these little black bug things in my hallway and front bathroom. My experience isn’t as great as it was a couple of months ago and i’m starting to regret my decision moving here now with this sorry new management. I hate this pay online mess ya bill change every month im not comfortable with it at all and now I’m considering breaking my lease and moving elsewhere with a flat rent payment and better communication Review from Google
Jun 2019: One thing that really pisses me off about this place is that the payments are never right! My bill will say I owe one amount, but it'll look either way too high or way too small so then I'll ask management if it's right and it'll always be wrong I truly don't understand how this keeps happening and it makes me very concerned on what they'll be charging me when I move out. Also, there is always trash in or around the parking lot at the back of the apartment where the exit is so thats gross. Other than that I love the area it's pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly and I haven't had any big issues with the unit itself. I may see a dead roach or two once a month, but thats not a big deal to me. However, there are these super tiny black bugs that look like grains of rice or really small beans that are usually dead coming from the hallway closet. At first glance it looks like dirt in the closet, but they haven't really bothered me I just keep sweeping them up, but Idk why they're there and would rather them not be there Review from Google
Apr 2019: Love to space and quiet atmosphere. Plan on moving here when I move to Florida Review from Google
Jul 2018: Wonderful place to live. Not too far from the Police department, I absolutely love this property...The office Manager Sean is amazing as well as the new maintenance man/ groundskeeper Santo is God sent ( I may be off on the spelling) ... The pool is ALWAYS clean, The ground and grass is ALWAYS well kept, He doesn't skip a beat. The grass always cut. They truly make this a place you want to call home... Review from Google

Jan 2018: Very quiet community. Reasonable price and staff is friendly. Walls are not thin big plus for me. Clean area and convenient location.❤❤❤❤ love love love this place and yes pictures are same as reality! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Great place to live. Quiet, 1 minute away from the Temple Terrace Police department. I feel safe in my community. I love it here. The office Manager Shawn is always on top of things. He doesn't skip a beat. The pool is always clean. The grass always cut. You never see mischief around. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Towed my car for being in an unmarked spot, office not even open during posted times to schedule a pick up. Lazy staff, scumbag mall cop patrols that don't even remove cars from undesignated spots and then penalize you for parking in guest allocated spots. Review from Google
Aug 2017: I've lived here for about a month now, and so far I have absolutely loved living here. It's a very quiet and clean area, and while there unfortunately isn't a gym, there's a dog park here which is such a nice touch. The layout of my apartment is very nice, and they did a great job cleaning it before moving in. The few small issues that needed work orders were done right the first time, and the manager Shawn has been nothing but incredibly kind and accommodating. Rent is very reasonable for a 2-bedroom apartment, and this place has the lowest pet deposit I have ever seen offered in this area, so that was a major plus to me. It's also very close to the major roads around here (56th street, Fowler, etc) so it's not like you have to go far for anything. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out! :) Review from Google
Aug 2017: I honestly don't understand why there are such poor reviews on here. My bestfriend and I have lived here for about a year and a half and have had very little issues with the place. Management has changed since we first moved in, and I have to say it is for the better. The current management, which seems rather stable, is attentive and quick to respond. It's true that the parking lot has strict rules, but it's not difficult to avoid problems. Guests have a set area to park in and will otherwise be towed, and while I despise the towing company, the reasons behind these rules make sense and make life for residents easier. When we first came to Tampa we viewed 15 apartment places and Seastone was kind of the best of both worlds. The rent isn't too bad and the apartment was one of the nicest we came across in the price-range. When we moved in, ev Review from Google
May 2017: HEARTLESS MANAGEMENT. Stay away from this place. We been living here for four years now and parking lot is just TERRIBLE. You also have to watch make sure when the management makes changes on the parking lot you are aware of it because sometimes they don't bother to give notice and when you got towed it's all your fault. I would never recommend this place. Every year, the rent goes up but then don't do anything for you like carpet cleaning, etc. The only reason why we stay is because my husband and I work a lot of hours and we have no time to move but we finnaly decided to end this problem. The rent is too high for the place with just have swimming pool and no other amenities. I'm sure most of the places around this area are almost the same because that's how business are but this is the best example of a shark management. don't believe that Review from Google
