Jun 2017: For the price, this is a solid experience. One of the last few apartments in the area that's still not well above $500, as well as a well-maintained grounds. The pool, game room, and gym are all very well equipped and taken good care of by a staff that's both friendly and thorough. Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: I have lived in a lot of the apartments around campus, but this was one of my favorites! The staff is super nice and helpful and the maintenance are always fast if you need anything. The wifi is also very reliable. The club house has 3 huge TVs and 4 huge couches. The only downside is that the clubhouse closes when the office closes at 6pm. Review from 5/28/17 on Google
Mar 2017: This was the worst experience I've ever had. When I first got there the place was filthy. There was a roommate already living there with a dog that scratched at the door and pooped the carpets. The place stenched of marijuana and told the front office but they didnt care. The kitchen looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in over a month or two. Worst part though was my room. From finding condom wrappers behind the bed to my whole bathroom being black and taking a whole day to scrub it. Review from 3/4/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I've had an overall positive experience at Reflections Apartments. While I did initially struggle with the after-hours maintenance number, the maintenance team was able to handle my electrical problems the following day. The apartments are affordable and overall well-kept. I would recommend to a friend. Review from 2/23/17 on Google
Dec 2016: Recently visited this property and was amazed by the awesome work staff and just all-around cleanliness of the environment. They made sure to accommodate my every need it was an all-around good experience really considering moving in!! Review from 12/10/16 on Google
Dec 2016: everything has been good I love my apartment..The staff at reflections are wonderful they are my favorite...always looking too help nd making sure everyone is okay....looks like ima be here fa another 5 years lol but al jokes aside it don't get no better then the reflections....good job guys Review from 12/7/16 on Google
Dec 2016: The staff at the head office are always polite and attend to my needs. In particular Stephanie, I do not have a bad word to say about her. Review from 12/2/16 on Google
May 2016: It is freaking ridiculous, the staff at reflections charges us $ 25 they claimed they have found a trash outside in front of our door on April 11th, 2016 which is none of my roommates have nothing to do with it. That's a completely lie, there wasn't any trash outside in front our door. Besides, It could be anybody put it there, in front of our door step. Cheap management, they don't want to clean our living room carpet, change the furniture, No TV in the living room, the stairs are filthy with trash. I hate thief. Review from 5/12/16 on Google

Apr 2016: I just want to give a shout out to Reflections. I have never had a bad encounter with anyone who works there. The people in the office are always so nice and personable. Maintenance takes care of my work orders same day and are always helpful if I have a question (yes, I am a talker)! I even saw a couple of office ladies (the ACTUAL MANAGER) walking the complex and picking up trash. I have lived here for 3 years, sure, there has been things that break and stuff happens but these people really care about us. Review from 4/17/16 on Google
Feb 2016: I've tried numerous times to get wifi in my room LIKE every other apartment in the complex, I've called brighthouse, the office staff, multiple times over the past month. I can't get my work done because by the time im out of work the lab is closed and still have gotten the run around with my wifi situation. It's not acceptable especially when im already paying for a service I am not receiving my grades and personal business are suffering. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP. Not to mention the constant roach problem, I have had my apartment sprayed every week since I moved in, but overall the cons have outweighed the pros because the lack of initiative in fixing simple issues. Review from 2/20/16 on Google
Feb 2016: In update to my previous post: It seems as soon as I posted this review the office is all of a sudden concerned with my current opinion. The maintenance guy came in today and checked all my previous work requests so thanks for that quick response but it should not have taken the post of a bad review in order for them to all of a sudden care. I guess all you have to do to have an okay living situation here is pull teeth. My previous post was: I absolutely would not recommend living here. It seems that every time something happens and goes wrong (which is very often) something else come up. Review from 2/11/16 on Google
Dec 2015: There are many things about this apartment complex that aren't completely satisfying, like the electricity overage, the trash fees, and the apartment isn't in the best condition. However, I am impressed with the changes being made by our new property manager. For the first time since I've moved here, I reported an issue with my wash machine, maintenance came into my apartment within 24 hrs, removed the wash machine, then left a work order form of the time he arrived, the issue, how he resolved it, and finally the time he left. I am also impressed with the reflections staff taking the initiative to give us warnings about our vehicles possibly being towed. Review from 12/16/15 on Google
Dec 2015: I will not be renewing my lease here. I've been a resident for almost 2 years and honestly can't wait to move. I have never seen such an unorganized group of people until living here. No one can answer your questions or seems to have it together. It takes forever to get anyone to answer the phones in the morning because no one is ever there on time when they are supposed to be open. The management is EXTREMELY disorganized and always has an excuse for everything. The Overage Bill every month (which I was told it would only be $5-$10/month, if anything at all) is between $40 to $70 every single month (keep in mind that myself, and my 3 other roommates work and go to school FULL TIME, hardly anyone is ever home and electricity/water hardly gets used). Review from 12/6/15 on Google
Nov 2015: Waking up every morning and heading to The Reflections office for a free cup of coffee and solid conversation is a wonderful experience day in and day out. The staff is extremely personable, if you walk in with positive energy they will immediately assist you with any concerns you may have about your apartment or the community as a whole. I had a faucet that didn't have enough water pressure and the staff had it fixed WITHIN THE HOUR that I reported it. Review from 11/28/15 on Google
Mar 2015: It's cheap and matches the basic student-living floor plan, but these people need to get it together. I live in the 4-bedroom deluxe. Biggest complaint: bugs. When we first moved in there was a fair amount of roaches. I haven't seen a lot in my room but our kitchen is infested, it is disgusting and whatever pest control company they use is terrible because we've had them come in several times and the problem remains. Office staff is not very knowledgeable or welcoming, the gym and pool area are decent but I'm not a huge fan, will not be renewing. Review from 3/4/2015 on Apartment Ratings
