Jul 2019: The leasing office has a friendly staff but the only issue is the parking my mother works early in the mornings to late in the evenings there was a point where she had to drive around the whole complex just to barely find a spot. Either tear down the garage building to make room for more parking spots or allow some of those buildings open for the public to use it may make it more tolerable than driving around at 1am looking for a spot to park. What is the point of remodeling the place if you wont fix your parking issue Review from Google
Jul 2019: The apartments are fine but the office is terrible. They are never there when they are supposed to be and are constantly closed when they are supposed to be open. Or they show up 3 hours after. Phone calls and voicemails are also never returned. Review from Google
Jul 2019: We have been living here 8 months. We like the place, it is beautiful. I don't think parking is as bad as other reviews say, may be it is harder for other buildings? We do pay $100 extra to have one assigned parking garage, and I have always been able to park my other car. The appliances in our unit are nice, we are in a renovated one. The rooms are pretty big, again, you have a choice of floor plans. The apartment has needed some small repairs and they been addressed and resolved quickly. We are not sure if we will renew (not because of problems) but I am a bit worried about other reviews claiming $100 increase, we will see. Not all is perfect, I agree that unauthorized cars can get in the complex by following you after the gate opens. Currently I am not completely satisfied with the way the office has responded to a few issues we have brought up to them, as other reviews say, I have felt they do not care once you are under a contract, but I may be wrong, thus I want to wait and see how things evolve Review from Google

May 2019: Nice place, apartments really beautiful, but they need more parking Review from Google
Mar 2019: Dang! Was thinking about moving here but after reading the reviews, I like I’ll pass. I can understand, if some of these reviews were more than 3/4 years but these reviews are recent. Mezzo, get your stuff together. Read some of these reviews and act accordingly. Review from Google
Mar 2019: I usually don't indulge in this but this place has terrible parking im only here so that way someone else doesn't end up in my position they have more residents than they do parking and there solution is to drive around and wait for a spot to open which never happens or purchase a garage 75$ plus on top of rent it makes no sense to pay 1400 in rent and cant park in your complex or having to walk 3 blocks with your child to your apartment its a beautiful place to live if only you could park your car to live there!!
Mar 2019: (-10 stars) (part 1/2) I renewed my lease here for another year, not because I wanted to but because I had no other choice. I renewed the lease and ended up paying 100$ over what I paid last year, which makes no sense to me since i have paid perfectly on time for a year. I have cabinets that look like they’re from the 1960s in the home but if I fix them I won’t get my deposit back, have the most outdated appliances I’ve seen in my life, that break down every few weeks and then they come and pretend to fix it. But yet I’m paying almost 1300 every month, for what, the location? Because it’s a gated community? That’s not even secure because if one person opens the gate at least ten cars can come in after because the gate doesn’t immediately close. Or am I paying extra for the mediocre gym that’s about the size of an actual master bedroom? Or am I paying for the pools that half the time are full of leafs? Or am I paying for “master bedrooms” that can’t even fit a king bed with one nightstand and dresser without being crowded? What I don’t understand is how I’ve paid my rent nearly perfectly for a year and then when I renew my lease you make my rent go up a whole 100$ for the same apartment, that ticks me off Review from Google

Mar 2019: Apartment style and interior are great. Great location for students and professionals alike. Management not so much. They do very little address complaints of the residents, as seen in these reviews. They are always about the bottom line - how they can save or squeeze a few dimes out of you. Moving in, we had to have both our water heater and AC unit completely replaced! Did they seriously not check these before letting people move in? We racked up electric bills past $200 for 2 people for the first couple months after they FINALLY fixed it after multiple complaints. Ofcourse they refused to reimburse us at all for the bills. Maintenance also damaged the walls bringing the new units in. Upon moving out, their maintenance men "destroyed" the patio doors removing some tape from them so they charged us nearly $400 dollars for some patio doors? These doors were made from cheap wood and plexiglass and the maintenance men apparently damaged the doors removing tape Review from Google
Feb 2019: Lived here for 7 months and there's not much good to say about the place. From move in the place was dingy and not even cleaned. The appliances are ancient. The oven had baked on grime that they didn't even bother to clean. The old sliding mirrors in the bedroom and the sliding glass door to the showers had rust on them. We had a water leak from the upstairs apartment one night which caused drywall damage to the ceiling. They said it's fine and spray painted over it. There were water stains down the wall in the HVAC closet along wiring that they didn't bother with. We were probably breathing black mold from it all. Tile in the bathroom and the kitchen was loose and missing grout. The parking is atrocious . If you come home after 730 you will have to find somewhere else to park, and they will ticket you if you park near a curb. The walls are thin and the floors are old so you WILL hear everything Review from Google
Feb 2019: This place has been nothing but a horrible place to live. If you have a problem you might as well fix it on your own. The staff is completely clueless, everyone passes on different information about the same thing. When we first signed a lease it was for a premium apartment however on the DAY OF MOVE IN we were told that the apartment wasn’t available and our only option was to move into one of the older apartment units. We were then promised cheaper rent and a refund on our move in fees. We were never given the refund. Half way through our lease we are just now getting notices about our trash not being out at the right time and because this place is infested with raccoons our trash keeps getting broken into and they blame us. We are the ones who pay $25 a month for someone to pick it up after 7pm. On top of all of this there is Black Mold i Review from Google
Jan 2019: We are currently living at the Mezzo. The move in process was simple and quick. The staff that works the office is always willing to help. Upon move in the apartment was very clean. There has been no issues that we have had so far at the complex. Parking can be a little difficult at times. Yet there will always be an open spot somewhere. The grounds themselves are very pretty and get with the multiple pools on site. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Nice apartment, friendly staff but I cannot wait to move. To pay rent somewhere and have nowhere to park is STRESSFUL! You can never have guest because there’s not adequate visitors spots as well. If you don’t have a car or friends this is the place for you, if you do look elsewhere. To make matters worse a company is allowed/hired to come in and tow KNOWING there’s not adequate spaces. I was towed twice my first week living here. Review from Google
Oct 2018: God this place is straight awful. My friend lives here pays a crazy expensive amount of money for rent and there’s never any parking. She literally pays a crazy amount to have to park in the community across the street because there’s never parking. Came to visit her and had to drive around for two hours to find a visitor spot or they tow you. I just feel bad for the residents. I know I would never pay to live somewhere like that. ***update: Owners say for my friend to contact the office about any issues. She has. They say she just has to drive around until a spot opens up and there’s nothing they can do about it. Imagine getting off work past 5 and have to drive around when you just want to go inside and relax. Office staff just doesn’t care. They’ll tow you as soon as they can. Review from Google
Oct 2018: I have never signed an apartment lease that does not include complimentary parking! I enjoy living here but the parking situation has put a bad taste in my mouth! There are not enough parking spots for the residents, the individual garages are always full, and the leasing office staff does not provide any other options to better the parking situation. I called the leasing office and was advised to wait until someone leaves their parking spot in order to have a spot; if I did that nightly I would have to sleep in my car because there aren’t any parking spots available after 10 p.m. Review from Google
Oct 2018: This place is beautiful and very safe have enjoyed my stay, the parking spots could use a little work! It's hard to find parking sometimes! But none the less a nice place with good floor plans Review from Google
Aug 2018: No parking - comment from 7 months ago August 15,2018 comment-THE PARKING PROBLEM IS WORSE!!!The apartment complex pretended to respond to this post but provided no solution for parking. RESIDENTS ARE DRIVING AROUND IN LINE WITH NO PLACE TO PARK. THERE IS NOT ONE SPACE AVAILABLE . STAY TUNED FOR A VIDEO. MY RENT IS OVER $1600 AND I can't EVEN PARK WHEN I COME HOME. There is no resident or visitor parking available. Beware of the positive fake reviews listed here. Review from Google
Jun 2018: If I could zero star I would. can't tell you how happy I am to be away from this place! First off when I first moved in, absolutely nothing was what it appeared to be online. Pools were always dirty, grills were disgusting, and outdoor furniture was always filthy. Not to mention, if you wanted to sit out by the pool, maybe have a glass of wine towards the end of the day, anytime past 7-7:30 your hear a loud obnoxious siren telling you to leave the premises or the police would be called. When speaking with management about cleanliness, they became very rude for the remainder of my stay. The maintenance guys that drive around in the golf carts hate their job so there for they hate you. The icing on the cake for this place was they deliberately kept opening my garage door and would leave it open for anyone walking by to take my belongings. They c Review from Google
May 2018: I am living here since last 6 months. One of the best apartments in Tampa Palms area. I loved it. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Very nice complex. A bit of a struggle for height challenged seniors. Some hardware to aid in over coming obstacles and we're good to go. Review from Google
Apr 2018: The staff are phenomenal! Beautiful place to live and reasonably priced. I have no complaints at all about this place. Review from Google
Apr 2018: PARKING IS TERRRRIBLE. It is literally the reason I won’t be here next year. Not to mention some of the staff seem to not ever know what they’re doing upfront smh. No one notified me to move my car when construction on patios was taking place on the WEEKENDS. There was no parking, and they had towed my car before because THERE WAS NO PARKING AND I WAS FORCED TO MAKE MY OWN FRICKING PARKING! Review from Google
Feb 2018: My son moved into one of the updated apartments last October and loves it! There is a very large lanai with the two bedroom apartment. Features include updated lighting fixtures, faux wood flooring, quartz counters, and an energy efficient large washer and dryer. Maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. We have never seen a single bug however a lizard did sneak in from the lanai when the door was open. Cody was his agent and was friendly and super helpful! He was very clear on the risk of towing. My son had a friend's car that got towed however we warned him that he may get towed from a non-visitor parking spot. Valet waste was a problem until they hired a new vendor. Things are much better now. All in all it's my son's favorite apartment he has ever lived in! Review from Google
Feb 2018: Glad to be away from here. Buildings and infrastructure dated and falling apart. Roof replacement was in progress for over 2 years and still hadn't finished when we moved out. Tons of parking spots occupied by equipment, there was never enough parking and office staff were useless Review from Google
Feb 2018: Moved my family here from south Florida over the weekend. Office closes at 5pm, someone from the staff would not stay until 5:30pm to give us the keys, causing us to incur over $300 in costs related to hotel and moving truck fees. 2 days later, my guests car was towed for not being in a visitor spot, no warning, causing an additional $200 in fees. Visitor spot policy was not really made explicitly clear. Needless to say my experience has been suboptimal to this point and I don’t have much hope for the future. Would not recommend at this point.
