I signed a lease in a 3 bedroom student housing apartment at IQ apartments but will no longer be moving and need my lease to be taken.
The 3 bedrooms go fast and this is one of the last ones. You will have 2 other roommates. You will take the lease at my $ a month rate(it has gone up on their website) and $ per month for parking. You will have your own bedroom, 🚶 walk-in closet and bathroom. Kitchen and living area are shared with roommates.
If signing with a guarantor, deposit will be waived. If signing without, deposit is $1,
$ reassignment fee is also due but I am willing to help cover that cost.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
