I am looking for a 👩 female to take over my lease from immediately - July31st (or july31st of 2024). The complex is called Union on Fletcher, it’s located across the street from 💚 USF. Amenities include a private courtyard, a two story gym, 🍔 grilling station, 🏊 pool, study room on each floor, dog park and much more. The base rent is +-850 including utilities.
The room is in a 4x4 apartment with another roommates who is quiet and 🎇clean. The private room is big, fully furnished, with a 🚶 walk in closet and a private bathroom. The apartment includes a washer and dryer. A balcony with a great view and a shared kitchen.The living room is fully furnished with a large smart 📺 tv.
I will be paying for the subleasing fee.
