I’ve had a total of 6 roommates over the years I have never had a problem with any of them. This apartment is 👩 female only. I will not rent to 👨 guys no exceptions. The a month includes everything. You have your own parking space. If someone parks in it you can have them towed. My dog likes being the only child so unfortunately no other 🐕 pets allowed.
Notice: the property will be under small renovations over the course of a short ⌚time. Only to improve the quality of the home and your comfort. If you notice in the pictures the property looks out dated, hence the renovations to come.
Your bedroom is unfurnished. not in a rush to rent this property, so this great opportunity of low price right next to 💚 USF will go to someone of my choosing.
Again sorry about the outdated look of the property it will look different after renovations.
