Looking to have someone takeover the lease for my furnished bedroom in a 4x4 apartment at Haven starting February 1st. The room is extremely bright with lots of storage areas and high ceilings, as well as a private, attached bathroom and full sized bed. Washer and dryer in unit and all utilitiesincluded (internet, cable, trash, 🌊 water, 💡electric). I am the first person to use this room and I have kept it in great shape! I am a grad student and simply looking to move into a house, but I ❤️love this apartment and the other 👩 girls who live here are sweet and friendly.
The apartment itself is on the fourth floor and just a few steps away from the only elevator in the complex, making it quiet and convenient to get to. The complex is within 🚴 biking distance from campus and on the 💚 USF Bull Runner line, but there is a garage available for your car if you have one. The complex does a great job keeping the place 🎇clean and safe, and has lots of amenities including a 🏊 pool and gym. The lease takeover goes through the complex itself and is an easy process. Please reach out with any questions and I&#;d be happy to answer them and show you the room!
