I am studying abroad next semester and therefore I would like to sublease my room of a 5x5 apartment at Halo . The apartment is 👨👩 co-ed and PET-FRIENDLY 🙂. The apartment is on the third floor and I believe is the only 5x5 👨👩 co-ed apartment at Halo . Because I renewed at halo I have a better rate than the one they currently offer and would be able to transfer that over to anyone that would like to take over my lease.
My apartment currently has only ONE other roommate, and she is very quiet and not here often, meaning if you like peace and quiet then this is perfect for you!
The building provides all amenities such as 🏊 pool, computer lab, mailroom, 🚴 bike storage, parking, 🕶️ tanning beds, gym, and 🏆best of all TRASH VALET SERVICE 🙂. Halo is also super close to campus and has a Bull Runnerstop right outside!
The lease would start December 1st and I will cover the subleasing fees! Please share to anyone you think might be interested!
