You can also sign a new lease in the apartment for the next year, as I’m leaving. The complex is one of the newest, smart apartment, excellent 🏊 poolside and gym. Also there are study rooms with Macs, 🕶️ tanning room, 🍔 grill in the yard.
I have 3 roommates(4x4 apartment), they’re very sweet, understanding and quiet. It’s always 🎇clean and tidy in our apartment. It’s located on the 4th floor of the complex, the room is more spacious than in other apartments! There are a lot of cupboards, shelves, and a bath. Also it’s a nice view from my room.
You can move in whenever you want in May after 6th, when I’ll be gone, but we have to meet before 6th.
My roommates have no pets, but it’s a pet-friendly apartment, so you can have those!
