We need to sublease our 1/1 apartment for 6 months. You will be able to try out this brand new apartment building in downtown Tampa along the river🚶 walk. The apartment over looks the main 🏊 pool and courtyard. There is two 🏊 pools in the building, 🚴 bike storage, plenty of lounge areas and a full gym w/ spinning and yoga. You will have two parking spots in a secure garage attached to the building. The apartment is less than a year old and has beautiful finishes.
