Hi! I am currently looking for someone to take over my August 1st -July lease at Campus Lodge. I am moving states and will pay Septembers rent. It is 1x1 in a 3x3. The apartment complex comes with a 🏊 pool, gym, basketball court, 🕶️ tanning, computer lounge and it is 🌉 gated. The room I am subleasing has a 🚶 walk in closet (with sliding mirrors as doors), 3 windows, queen bed, dresser, side table, desk, and glass door shower.The leasing office requires the person who takes over my lease to pay a $ +$ fee but I will pay for that. You can move in this month (August) which is already paid for.
