This is for Campus Lodges completely new first year platinum apartment where the floors, furniture, washer-dryer, and kitchen have all been completely re-done. This is for the year I have not even moved in yet. The price was signed in January so this rate locked in a low price for the Platinums. It is a 4x4 Im pretty sure 👨👩 co-ed living.
