Looking for a 👩 femaleroommate, no pets preferably. My current three roommates are friendly, considerate, and quite. One goes too 💚 USF and the other two go too HCC. Everyone is very conscientious of the 💡electric bill and works together to turn off lights when leaving the room. Our 💡electric bill rarely exceeds $. not unusual for the house to be empty except for one or two roommates, due to their busy work schedules. The 👩 girls all work together keep our shared living spaces like the kitchen, living room, patio, and laundry room 🎇clean.
Campus Lodge is only a min drive to 💚 USF and about a min drive to HCC. The complex has a working front 🌉 gate, and is down the street from a ⛽gas station and a nature preserve. The complex has a beautiful large 🏊 pool, with plenty of seating. Campus lodge also has a medium sized gym, with a weight room and aerobics room, thats open /7 and a standing 🕶️ tanning bed. None of the amenities are ever too crowded and are always very 🎇clean. The clubhouse has a computer lab and printers. The apartment is slightly tucked away within the complex, so outside noise is rare but it&#;s not too far for a 🚶 walk to the 🏊 pool or mailboxes. More guest spots for visitors were recently added next to the apartment. The apartment is also very short 🚶 walk to the dumpster. The apartment is ground floor, and has very recently gotten new upgraded wood floors in the living room, kitchen, hallway, and individual bathrooms.
The bedroom for sublease is the second largest in the house, comes with an extra closet, and a desk with shelves. The window outlooks a pleasant courtyard. Give me a call or email for more info! :)
