When I first moved in, the person in the office didn't file my lease correctly, so they started moving all my stuff out since the records didn't show I was living there. Moved into a dirty room with a rusted sink and no working wifi. They randomly charged us $300 and didn't tell us until later that it was for an electricity overage fee even though we were out of the apartment all the time and didn't use much electricity. Despite giving them my number and email, I have never gotten any notification from them when I was having issues or awaiting the parking pass they were supposed to give me upon move-in.
When I moved in, they told me that they'd help me if I needed to find a subleaser, yet when it came down to it, I had to do it all on my own with little information as Review from Google

Jan 2018: One of my favorite parks. You can hike both sides of the park. One side has the boardwalk and pretty views of the forest. You'll see lots of birds. The other side has the bridge, boardwalk and overlook trails. Be careful, I have seen black bears and rattle snake on those trails. On the other end of the park as you first pull into the property there are trails off to the Left. You can hike really far in the dry season. Review from Google
Dec 2017: My experience was very positive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they always helped me if I had an issue. The rent is great, and you get a fairly spacious and furnished apartment. For me, the biggest pros were the price of rent and the fact that the apartments were furnished. Overall, Boardwalk at Morris Bridge made my time living in Florida much more convenient, considering that I had to move here and get settled in such a short amount of time. Review from Google

It can be 11:58 pm and the internet just stops working when you have an assignment due at 11:59. Sep 2017: Run. In the three years I lived there this place only went more and more downhill and the rent only went up. This place only cares about money and not their residents. The staff is rude and couldn't care less about tenants. My car was vandalized by a random roommate who was also violating the leasing terms and instead of evicting her they made me move. When I moved in 3 years ago the apartment was trashed and then they had the nerve to charge me cleaning fees once I finally moved out leaving the apartment cleaner than I found it. When we reported it to management, all they did was wipe it off the walls, but it came back and spread all over everything in our closets. Moldy clothes, moldy shoes, everything was covered. This is very harmful for your respiratory health! If you notice this in your apartment, do yourself a favor and take pictures for proof in case you develop a respiratory infection so you can sue them! They deserve it for scamming so many students and threatening their health!

Apr 2017: I seriously love living at the Boardwalk. The management is super friendly and easy to deal with. They take care of things right away. Club house is always clean and everyone here feels like a family to me. We also get free food on Tuesdays and you seriously cant beat that. I mean, REAL food. Super yummy. There is also a free shuttle to USF if you study there. They also did a fantastic job matching me with my roommates. We all get along so well. Its a blessing. Is really the best deal in Tampa by far. You deff get more than what you pay for. So happy!! :) Come live with us!! :PApr 2017: This place has definitely exceeded my expectations. I have heard bad reviews about other accommodation facilities in the area however I have not one complaint about this place.
Firstly, the staff are like family to me, they are always welcoming, they feed us on Tuesdays and have put me in an apartment will like-minded females and we all share common interests, respect each other and get along so well. Everything is included which makes this place even better - from the internet to the utilities and it comes fully furnished also! I've moved here from Australia and I don't regret coming here, I love living here so much! No complaints, only praises from me!

Mar 2017: DONT LIVE HERE. LISTEN TO ALL THE one star REVIEWS. I really wanted to like this place but they really do scam you out of your money. I took days off of work to make sure the apartment was spotless before I moved out. This is what I did at the last two places I had lived. And always got my deposit back. They kept our deposit and charged us more money for cleaning even when it wasn't clean it when we moved it. don't do it.

This place is pretty good, it doesn't deserve that 2 star review anymore.I don't know how bad it was before I got here, but it certainly isn't two stars.
Moving in was fairly simple, they gave me a key, I walked into a clean room. The bathrooms were clean, and the common area was clean also.
They recently added actual WiFi into the rooms, so you don't necessarily have to buy a router anymore. Also they added a wall mounted TV, so that's nice.
The clubhouse is great, and open 24 hours, along with the computer lab (unfortunately filled with only macs).
Gym is standard,and clean. Nothing really special about it, and there's also a pool, and a grill.

They will take all of your deposit and charge you more. They want $140 to paint a bedroom that had one calendar thumbtacked in the wall and $45 to steam clean a carpet. They tried to bribe me to take down my review by threatening to post a picture of a dusty fan (the one in the aprt. was white, not the brown one they had in the photo). Do not rent here. zero stars.
