Jul 2019: Boardwalk is one of the best places to live they have a great staff in the office they help you with any needs that you have very polite and kind I would honestly recommend anyone to move here this is a great place to live. The entire staff is amazing. Always om top of the issue's never been rude to me Review from Google
Jul 2019: AMANDA, I would like to commend you for being truthful for a change by finally admitting that you "DO TOLERATE DISCRIMINATION." It's your personal preference to feel as you do, but why are you so comfortable by letting it show? Why would you even allow people of color or people who associate with people even lease from this establishment, when deep down inside this angers you? AMANDA is that the reason you're always screaming, yelling and making tenants feel like they're nothing, you really get a kick out of that. Remember AMANDA karma will come knocking. I was raised to treat everyone the same no matter what they're skin color is. Why would I want to come by or call you? I have tried SEVERAL TIMES but you instruct your staff to LIE by saying you're not there when you're sitting there in plain view I have also left messages and you haven't returned my call yet. AMANDA, that extremely and nasty attitude you have it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to you about anything Review from Google
Jul 2019: Where do I begin with this place? I moved her only a few months ago, and was especially worried about the whole “student housing” aspect, but to my dismay I was certainly proven wrong. The office sets you up with a match profile to help find roommates that you best fit in with. I have made several friends in a matter of months, and have been treated with nothing but respect from the front desk. I want to give Kena, Gretchen, and Thais a very big thank you for accommodating all my needs, and addressing any issues I have had. A very warm welcome to Maydean who has been very attentive to all of my concerns, and finally the warmest welcome to Amanda for being so professional and inviting. This staff has provided every ounce of effort to assure that my move in was smooth and comfortable. My maintenance requests are always fulfilled by Keith in a timely manner, and once again the professionalism is beyond what I expected Review from Google
Jul 2019: This place is just doomed to failure. First off, all the apartments are quads, which means you’ll have roommates one way or another. My roommates treat the living room as their personal storage space and leave all their clothes on the sofas. The kitchen turns into a trash pile if I leave for 2 days. We don’t have a 4th roommate because they immediately transfer or move out upon move in. I’ve had to apologize many times and the office has threatened to charge me if I don’t clean my roommates’ messes. The office is so unorganized with toddlers running around. The day I moved in they gave me a new lease with different roommates than the lease that I signed. Mind you I spent an extra hour trying to figure out who my roommates were, so them throwing my lease out turned that into an hour wasted. The gym equipment is deteriorating. Sometimes I get notices on my door intended for another unit Review from Google
Jun 2019: This place is the worst. Do not rent from them!!!! I was fortunate the Leasing Agent was too dumb to take my move in money and I packed up my stuff and left. They claimed they matched me with people who were clean, and didn't smoke. The place smelled horrible and there was a kayak in the living room, and laundry everywhere. The other douche roommate said hi, im leaving in a month, there is your kitchen space I cleaned my best and you can clean the garlic shells. The oven was full of old food on the stove. And the solution was pay 700 a month for granite tops and a black room. In the end I had to pay extra money to stay a week at an extended stay. The tenants hate this place and said be smart and don't move in here. And the place smells like mold and weed. Review from Google

Mar 2019: I had the pleasure of meeting a strange man in my apartment as I walked out of my room this morning in my robe not fully covered. This was manager requested maintenance was not made aware of everyone who lives in this unit only one person. The office has my phone number and my email address. Both methods of communication should have been used. Each person that occupies a room should have been notified not just the one the manage talks to everyday. We pay our rent separately so we need to be notified separately. Especially since I pay my rent on time not like other people. I can't use the living room nor am I able to get to the kitchen. If I needed to leave both front and back doors are blocked by this. Any type of instillation should occur during the week when people are working not on a Sunday and they need to be in your apartment for hours. I am so close to reporting them to the BBB I sure the owner would like to know why the move in rate has went down in the past year Review from Google

Mar 2019: Although there have been a couple issues in the short time lived here (I’ve been residing since February 8th, 2019) they have made sure to accomodate and rearrange with any present concern I might have. Sure, the time response isn’t perfect however there’s always the reassurance my situation will be taken care of.
Feb 2019: This place is the best place to live. The staff is super friendly and are always doing their best to make sure that you are happy with your living situation. The maintenance team is very responsive to every and try to do things in a timely manner. The rates are great especially for the location and distance from USF. 10/10 recommend Review from Google

Feb 2019: The lease will take $90 cleaning fees from your deposit. They did not mention this at all. There is no way to get that money back. Review from Google
Feb 2019: I am a resident here and my experience has not been one to recommend. Here are my lis of complaints: (1) There are three of us (residents) living in a four bedroom, yet somehow we have managed to accumulate overages as high as $30 dollars each month! We are gone all day and have the air turned off. The only reason I can see for these overages is an excuse to supplement the rent from the empty bedroom which is illegal! (2) Some of the staff are very rude. I've come to them with complaints about overages and late fees, and they have refused to point me in the right direction or compromise when I had a complaint about my rent. (3) The buildings are old and mold ridden. The vents are surrounded by mold and the bathtubs, even with cleaning, seem to become overgrown with mold within days. (4) The garbage disposal area is always overflowing with tras Review from Google
Feb 2019: You get what you paid for. I need a copy of my lease and they can’t find it. Never move here and if you do just make it for a very short period of time. I paid my rent this month and for some reason I’m getting three day notice to pay my rent. So unprofessional and unorganized. Just STAY AWAYYYY!!! They find all sorts of fees to charge you with after you move it to the point you won’t get your deposit back & still have a balance!! It’s sad what these people do to college kids. Review from Google
Jan 2019: The staff can sometimes be bussy and not have any time to take care of your situation.so give them time to reply.... they will help you out and take care of their tenants in an orderly fashion.... Review from Google
Dec 2018: - The roommate compatibility form is a lie - Roommates may not be informed of your arrival - Roommates can be absolutely disgusting and outrageous with no penalty or regulation from the office - Parties by residents are disruptive and trash the place - Black mold that appeared in my closet was painted over - $200 transfer fee even if your roommates suck or are literally a danger to your life/health - Super unprofessional and uncaring staff & management - No warnings of entry into apartment - Package pickup is mostly a joke - Promise of clean and painted rooms not delivered - Huge raise in rent price ($460 to $600) - They hire unprofessional companies to clean up/do side work - Police and fire department visit frequently - Front gate is not always closed at night, and guest entrance is not hooked up to every resident's phone, so most guests h Review from Google
Dec 2018: Moving here from out of state this was a good place to come live since I sold everything, but the maintenance staff is sub-par and you have to keep on calling to get anything fixed. I was told that in each apartment there is room that is hotter than rest and I'm in that room. However, when going to the front desk their opinion is you did something wrong instead of actually calling a professional to come out and look at the issue. I am upset I signed a year lease but this will motivate me to look for another apartment. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I am usually not a negative person and I really do not like to discredit anyone or a professional place of business, and give negative reviews. But, if I could give zero stars I would. Reason being, despite me paying my rent early every month, and being a polite and role model tenant my personal experience here leaves much to be desired. In my personal opinion the office is not organized and are not considerate enough to communicate important and relevant information timely. And, although the rent keeps going up our access to the amenities that we are being charged for every month which should be either 24 hours or accessible after the office hours are closed when the office is closed. And, my comfort zone with one manager in the leasing office has left an awful taste in my mouth that would not motivate me to tell others about this place to m Review from Google
Oct 2018: I must give Broadwalk - five stars. 😊😊 Great place to live.Since I moved in I was helped so much by the staff - they go beyond the call of duty to accommodate - and if you do have a problem. They do go out their way to find a solution. I must give KUDOS TO AMANDA .. She's a AWESOME MANAGER always helping - and sooooo understanding. Thank you Amanda. Love it Here. ❤❤❤ Recommended it to anyone. Plus you cant beat the rent - the privilege of pool - club house and the people.. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Boardwalk is a great place to live when it comes to price. My room was pretty spacious and most of my roommates kept to themselves. I suggest you try to avoid the leasing office as much as possible though. The staff there can be unorganized at times and rude for no apparent reason. Being able to pay my rent online came in handy so I wouldn’t have to interact with them often. Other than that it’s a pretty chill apartment complex. Review from Google
Aug 2018: I have lived here for two years now and all I can say is that it is a great place to live. The staff and maintenance are very friendly. Work orders are completed within a week. Not to mention the pool, computer lab and gym are open all the time for your convenience. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Lived here for 8 months. Never had any issues with management or maintenance, got my security deposit back. Kinda rough having 3 housemates though. Especially ones that you didn't choose to live with. Management does not deal with rommate complaints very well. You are kinda on your own. Review from Google
Jul 2018: It is an awesome place and the people there are really friendly. They help you with everything they can by looking for solutions. They try their best to make you feel comfortable and happy. They have a really nice pool that is open 24/7. The really good thing that they have for students is a shuttle that takes you to the university during our class periods. Additionally, you will have a city bus stop in front of the complex. This place is not expensive and I totally recommend it!! Review from Google
May 2018: Horrible place to live. My girlfriend lives here. In the year she lived there, she was broken into and robbed, had to call police twice in 2 weeks on a crazy roommate that they stuck her with, has drug dealers for neighbors, and the staff sucks. Your "home" isn't really yours as staff likes to come and go as they please without notifying you that they are entering your home. Also the staff likes to give new roommates keys to the place without giving you any notice that a stranger is moving in. If you like to feel safe at home, then this is not the place. Seeing as Florida law states that tenants must be notified prior to staff entry, except in emergent situations, this place is most definitely full of crooks! Review from Google
