One room is currently occupied by a 👨 male, and the apartment is listed as 👨👩 co-ed. (This can change depending on who rents the rooms) He is in room A, room B is currently vacant and we are renting room C.
The apartment is on the back side of the complex.
August is paid and willing to pay September & October rent and transfer fee as incentive. Lease is up July
