Wifi is also included in the monthly rent and there is an academic success printer and free printing available. They also have a 🏊 pool, hot tub, bbq 🍔 grills, basketball court, volleyball court, and tennis court. There is a full washer and dryer in the apartment and a panel 📺 tv in the living room with cableincluded. You can also hook cable up in the bedroom. Most importantly it is across the street from 💚 USF and the Publix that is on 💚 USF campus so its convenient for shopping.
