I have already paid the October rent, but move-in is available now (and the rest of October is the free form rent for you). The room comes with its own bathroom, high-speed internet, in-unit washer, and dryer. There are also available x7 open gym and swimming 🏊 pool on the territory. Roommates are quiet studious 👩 girls. The reason why I sublease this room is that I am out of budget and can not afford to pay rent.
