Hi! This is a 4x4 apartment its one bedroom with your own bathroom and patio. It comes furnished already with a 🚶 walk in closet and a good size shower. The washer and dryer is in the apartment and the living room is also furnished. The roommates are 3 really nice 👩 girls that go to 💚 USF. Its super close to school in 🚶 walking distance and you&#;re across the street from Publix so you can 🚶 walk everywhere. It has a big 🏊 pool and it 🐕 pet friendly if you make it a therapy animal. It has a big gym and little study rooms where you can use computers if needed.
