Oct 2019: Working with Candace was great!! She went above and beyond to make sure we got the apartment location we wanted, the flooring changed and even the applications. She made sure that we were kept in the loop whenever she got word of any changes that were made. When she was not available, London stepped in and provided information, answered questions and showed us the more options we have here on the property. Candace even worked with us on the day we received our keys to move in when there was an issue with the system to make sure our move in date was as smooth as possible... Oct 2019: Well let me start off by saying I was a bit quick to make my mind up about amberly place, I was ready to leave a shady review. But I cant, me I'm very please with the outcome here. Candice went above and beyond to make sure everyone of my needs were met and that they was. The unit was VERY clean and all that she promised was done 100%. The complex is very clean and staff was very very helpful with me and this process. Also this is a pet friendly community. Thank you guys for making this an easy move. Review from Google

Aug 2019: I moved in last week (8/23) and my experience has been great. Candace Jones helped me get approved in a quick and pleasant fashion. I came to see my apartment in person and London showed me around. I decided I wanted to see other options at the complex and she hooked me up with a beautiful apartment with everything I need. The maintenance crew has been very timely with any requests as well. New appliances, two patios and my own washer and dryer are everything. Looking forward to a great year or two at Amberly Place! Jul 2019: Leasing agent Alona is wonderful! She has helped my boyfriend and I so much with this process. It’s our first time getting our own non-college based apartment and she has answered any questions we’ve had (we’ve had a lot!) We move in next week and we’re counting down the hours and minutes. We can’t wait to see how our apartment turns out, will leave a separate review for that! But the office staff is wonderful. We actually tried to move here – applied and paid all fees and we were approved. We had our contract ready to sign and then I had a few questions regarding the contract that were very unfavorable for tenants and they ghosted us immediately! Didn’t answer phone, didn’t reply to pleasant emails, didn’t return voicemails. I tried to reach them over a dozen times to no avail. My father in law called them from his phone and they answered immediately. They reassured him they would take care of us and would get right back to us – they never did. This fall out was just a few days before we were to move in. On further review of this place I see many other reviews noting how bad staff is and I totally believe them now, it’s exactly what I experienced. Current resident, been here since August of 2017. I am not in an upgraded unit so the apartment is decent, older cabinets and appliances but kept in decent condition. Quiet neighborhood but thin walls, I can hear conversations from the neighbors downstairs but it's not too bothersome. The one noise complaint that i do have is in regard to the lawn maintenance crew-it like twice a week they come very early and cut grass and blow leaves and its VERY LOUD-wakes me u every time. But i get it. In a nutshell the apt is decent the community is nice and usually quiet, parking at night is still a hassle as there are no assigned spots. No real pest issues just a few house spiders here and there. The office staff is doing a lot better as it appears they have hired some new people since my last review. I don’t know what to start with, Candace made the move in process flawless for us. She helped me in almost everything related to signing the lease and moving in. good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office. They make their own opening hours than what’s posted on door.
Also for the price of the area. All units need to be upgraded.
***In response to owner: lies! Review from GoogleFeb 2019: The only reason we enjoyed this place was because of Candace in the office! Although we recieved help from a couple workers she was outstanding all the way through our year lease. She made our experience worth while as our lease comes to a close this spring. If you think about moving here ask for Candace!

Least favorite: Parking sucks Review from GoogleJan 2019: Do not move to Amberly Place. Our dog was attacked by the neighbor's dog while we were living here between 2017 and 2018. We went to management about the situation, and nothing happened. Amberly Place did not remove the dog even though it was a threat to their community, and the residents. So we decided to leave, when we announced we needed to move out and get away from the dog that almost killed my dog, Amberly turned around and charged us a ton of early termination fees and move out fees. Candice, one of the ladies in the main office is rude and seems bothered/annoyed when any residents come in to ask questions or need help. Thankfully our dog is okay, but the other dog got to stay in Amberly Place and we were forced to move when we clearly were not the problem. save your time and money and go live somewhere else. It is hard to get someone on the phone but they do return calls or email. 1-8-19 Update: The honeymoon is over... things that were listed on our initial walk through have just been completed and it took going to the manager for it to happen. Also these apartments have major condensation issues which leads to mold. The ac ducts are so old that the third bedroom is always freezing, no air circulates through the vent so no heat when it's cold. Nothing being done about the air ducts and the only solution to the moisture is to wipe down the windows and sliding glass doors...I don't feel like I'm in the deluxe apartment I signed the lease for... disappointed. And the price that is paid to live here all appliances NEED to be up to date (STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, DISHWASHER, WASHER/DRYER)...doesn't make since that everything is so outdated. For the price that is paid and when every renewal the rent increases that doesn't make any sense ( but let the office tell it they do research to make sure rent is around the same in the area)...ummm excuse me news flash the area has newer nicer apartments hence the reason their prices are what they are...these apartments are over 25yrs old give it a rest., but nothing is new!... just all the apartments need to be remediated and brought up to date ASAP!! ...since we have to pay the rent that the nearby apartments pay and everything is nicer and newer....and please don't start with the thin walls...
