beautiful apartment complex!! very 🎇clean and well maintained complex! safe area and super close to 💚 USF (not even 5 mins to campus). complex comes with a 🏊 pool, gym, valet trash, basketball court, and multiple hammocks to lounge in. my apartment is on the first floor and has very nice natural light and very spacious. included in rent is cable, wifi, 🌊 water, and 💡electric. there is also a nice patio and it has a washer and dryer in unit!! it also comes with a ⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave, and dishwasher. there are 3 other roommates living in the apartment and they are very nice and friendly and very easy to co-exist with! everyone is also relatively 🎇clean and so is the apartment! the room is fully furnished and has a full/queen size bed with bed bug protection, huge desk, night stand, and a dresser that can be taken apart to fit under the bed as well. you get your own bathroom and the bedroom door has a bolt lock as well. the closet doors are sliding glass mirrors and there is extra shelving inside. The apartment leasing office has very accommodating workers and maintenance is super nice as well. the complex also has its own police if security is a concern for you and has built in security system in the room. i will be 🎇cleaning apartment before anyone moves in as well!! there is also street parking that leads right up to the complex. email for information on open house and touring needs!
