Aug 2021: Do not live here. Management sucks, and the leasing manager will ignore all calls and emails as soon as you finish signing your lease. Maintenance, workers and front office people will show up at your new apartment when ever they want. The model apartment looks nothing like the real deal as well.

Jan 2020: I would consider 4050 lofts to be the best place for USF students to live. The common areas are great and the bedrooms are also very confy.

Management doesn’t care about residents at all. They will basically flat out lie to residents, charge for damages that residents didn’t cause, towing resident’s cars, etc.
Only redeeming quality about this place is the maintenance staff. They were friendly and would always fix things in a timely manner. Review from Google
Sep 2019: Great rooms, and very homey apartments. Nevertheless, some of the worst service I’ve ever received from a complex. These people genuinely don’t care about anything you have to say and will charge tons of money for absolutely anything. I’m surprised they don’t charge me for breathing in my own apartment. Jul 2019: I've lived in 4050 lofts for the last 3 years! Overall, it's a good place to live. Maintenance is helpful MOST of the time. I once had a roach infestation (roach nest inside my wall and legit roaches crawling out of the carpet/floor) and they didn't get pest control until 6 days later. A nice place to live as a student. The leasing office area is now 24 hours which is great. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Extremely inefficient management. Inefficient in everything. The most efficient thing they can do is tow my girlfriend's car while she just park there for one day. And they didn't even inform us when they towed the car away. Review from Google
May 2019: I’ve lived here for a full year now and I really enjoy the apartments. Mostly everything is clean and nice. The pool is never open, but meintenance is very timely and nice. My only complaint is with the workers in the front office who are always very rude and very unhelpful. Review from Google

Luckily I was in a corner room of the 2nd building to this insulated me from any potential noise from the pool, etc. As long as your roommates don't suck, walls are kind of thin, or neighbors don't make too much noise above you (luck of the draw) its a good place to live. Mar 2019: Apartments are very nice and cute. The gates never work but other than that it’s a good apartment complex. Never have had a bug problem while living here for the past 2 years and maintenance does a decent job of getting things fixed relatively fast. The service provided by the staff that works there as well as the facilities have made my welcoming in the United States a unique experience. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the facilities that this complex provides, as well as the friendliness in terms of customer service. Likewise, the activities that the complex takes outside of its facilities, such as in USF, are very productive. If you ask me, I would recommend 4050 lofts with closed eyes. Review from Google

I rarely have any problems with noise, and my room was mostly flawless when I moved in (except for some minor damage to my desk.) My biggest concern is that most of the staff at 4050 Lofts is somewhat clueless when asked for assistance. However, I get clear answers from upper management, so it’s not a big deal. I find that the general atmosphere is relaxed, and I look forward to coming back to my apartment after a stressful day.
